Typically, like Bob Evans in general; however, the staff at this particular location at this date were less than sub-par, especially the waiter. He was rude, unprofessional, and was barely present to any of his tables. Unfortunately, this has had a huge impact at ever returning.

We had the most amazing evening at the St.Clairsville Bob Evans. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially our waiter, Aric!! It was the first time ever that a waiter at a Bob Evans stopped by to refresh my coffee more than once, even before I had to ask! He was very efficient and personable, making our dining experience much more enjoyable. We even talked him into joining us in our group photo! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our group will definitely return to enjoy this Bob Evans ?

The turkey dinner is why we visited. I t is delicious. But, they had 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. We waited too long to order & he our check. Management is very poor!Parking: Handicap parking is on the side of the building .Kid-friendliness: They are very good with children and welcome them with their own menu/coloring pictures & crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. First floor. Handicap bathroom.

We stopped in for dinner on 10/16/23 and really wish I could have gotten the waiter's name but we didn't.We were completely ignored by him! Never had such bad service in our life we waited at our table for a good 20 minutes just to order our drinks and food and that was done by a waitress that I wish would have been our waitress. Our waiter came over maybe 10 minutes later and finally brought our drinks and never came back to our table to bring us our food it was about 50 minutes and still no food ! We wasted our time waiting for our food we never got!! Should have gone to Cracker Barrel instead! We got up and walked up to the cashier and she was very apologetic but will never go back to this place again! Just to add it was not that busy!

Seated us and we waited and waited and waited. Come to find out the server was not at work yet. So rhe seated us in an area with no server. She arrived and when she cam to our table we questioned the dealay and she stated that she just arrived at work. Waiting on us did not get any better coffee went empty food was just ok. Will not be back.
