Delicious boba and shake!

Whenever we come to this mall my daughter always wants to stop here for a boba smoothie. She's had the milk tea a couple of times and tried a few flavors but always goes back to the smoothie. I on the other hand go for ice cream. The peanut butter one is my favorite.

The customer service at the Meadowbrook Mall was excellent. They were patient while answering all of our questions and helped explain things/flavors/options to my young boys. One son got the taro milk tea with boba, another got the Superman ice cream in the bubble waffle, and I got the black raspberry fudge ice cream in a cup. The ice cream was delicious, high quality, and had the perfect texture. My son loved his taro tea. We're very excited to come back again and see what else we can try, like taro tea with blueberry popping boba that is supposed to taste like a blueberry muffin. 😋

Fantastic!!! We didn't like what we got and the manager swapped it out without question for our regular order. A+++ service!! A+++ attitude!

I work at a store in the Valley Mall in Harrisonburg, VA. Our Bubble World location happens to be one of the places mall employees get a discount. Most of the staff are very kind, except one man who we all regularly see there. When certain employees would ask for our discount, he would be very rude and lie to our face that they did not give mall discounts, which is strange because when another coworker who just so happened to be a young female walked out with perfect service and her discount without even having to ask, and he even offered free things. Another coworker of mine left an honest review because the treatment we’ve gotten is ridiculous, the owner was very apologetic and the guy got further training. Today we saw him again for the first time since the previous few incidents and he was even more disrespectful than before. He lied again about how we do get discounts and blamed us for not telling him. Our lanyards that we wear while working very clearly have the name of our store and we would always make an effort to remind them, but all of the other workers automatically knew and kindly gave us our discount. Not only did he belittle and blame me for something he knew he did wrong, he was slamming things around while making my order. He had such a sour attitude during the whole interaction it shocked me a bit and I returned to my workplace in tears. Not only is he rude, he is often outside of the store, walking around on the phone and continuing to be distracted even if potential customers are walking in, and out because they don’t see him in there. And when you do catch a split second when he’s in the store, he won’t put his phone down even while making orders which is incredibly gross. He even disappears into the back with your order in hand for random amounts of time while making it, who knows what he could be doing it back there. Absolutely do not recommend, unless you want to deal with that guys horrible customer service.

Employees argue with you if you don’t want ice. I’ve had this happen twice, I specified I didn’t want ice when I ordered, but was given drinks with ice in it and politely re-specified I didn’t want ice. Both times the employees insisted “It’s only a couple pieces.” The first time this happened, the employee gave me the new drink no problem. The second time this happened the girl argued with me back and forth about it only being a couple pieces and rudely pushed the drink towards me when she gave me a new one with no ice (I’m confused why they had to make a new drink entirely?)I’ve been going here for a couple years but service has really gone down hill in the past couple months. I can’t fathom why not wanting ice in a drink is a reason to argue with someone when that’s what they ordered.

It's good. Kinda pricey.

My children loved the roll ice cream, especially Oreo, very delicious!!
