Buffalo Wild Wings

Has gone downhill. I ordered food on a very non busy Friday. It came, and we ordered chips and queso to go while finishing our meal.... it took over 30 minutes. The server was great, food was average, kitchen is horrible. All 3 tables around me complained of overcooked, cold, or wrong food. Better choices in the OV now. Bye Bdubs

Had to wait with no one greeting me for over 15 minutes, then when I got my order, they forgot my drinks. Need to be better management and need to greet their customers on a timely manner in the pick up line.

A chain sports bar with some of the best wings and fried pickles. I find anywhere. Prices are fair but not great. However, the food and the service are very good.

Every time I walk In to pick up a carry out this is what I see. A vacant carry out section and I’m always left waiting 20-30 minutes for my food. My food is always made late cold and missing items. I’ve asked for a refund which I still haven’t got back yet. I’m actually here right now as I wrote this message. Just wish this place would invest more in management because it’s trash

Waited 2+ hours on 20 wings i called in

Haven't been to bww in about 7 years, go order for 10 bones wings.. currently 1 hour 28 minutes past my ready time at order, tried to cancel my order, got the run around about it being next up... will never return to a bww
Update...1 hour 45 minutes in... they brought out half my order... so now it can get cold waiting for the second half... my single worst experience ever from a restaurant

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND ISN’T GETTING BETTER! They can never get the order right and it takes FOREVER to get your food for pick up. They’ll make you wait 40+ minutes and when you finally get your food it’s ice cold! Buffalo wild wings in st. C needs to be shut down because they absolutely suck.

Haven't eaten here in years. Ordered take out online. Waited 10 minutes before any staff even came over. Got home, and the fries were cold and hard and the wings were terrible.

Worst service ever, hour and half still no food. The sever was a mess all over the place we won't be coming back

Great service. Food took awhile. Burger was hot and everything else was cold. The bartender was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Beer was cold!

Never get any service. The waiters are too focused on the bar area.

We placed our order then the server disappeared . We sent another server to check on it. When it finally came it was wrong and cold. Our server messed up our order then proceeded to argue with us. We asked for the manager and she also was extremely argumentative.

Spent 90 dollars for 3 people to eat overcooked wings I will never go back

I walked in for a pre ordered take out order, waited 15 minutes before being waited on. There was food scattered on the floor and the employees just walked right thru it. The wings were way over done and dried out. We won't be back.
