Burger King

Worst service I’ve ever had. Was a young boy and he was rude and obviously could only handle one car at a time at drive thru. Very pathetic. It’s fast food should think about hire more efficient employees. He was horrible. And there gave me the wrong order. Never have I had this type service. Shame on you Burger King your usually so efficient.

I’ve always had a great experience coming to this Burger King. The service is very nice and the cheeseburger I always get is always delectable. The cheese is always melted. It’s great coming here.

I love coming to this Burger King the chicken here is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They have amazing shakes too. The service there is great everyone seems very polite and friendly. They are willing to do somethings with meals and drinks that other stores I’ve tried going to won’t do. It’s very clean and tidy when I usually go. It’s been a wonderful experience every single time

They always want you to pull up even if nobody is behind you..wouldnt be bad if they would get you order right..service is terrible..hate it..ill stay at the window next time so your corporate can see how slow you are

Ordered 4 piece nuggets, small fry. The nuggets were not hot. Actually, they must’ve been sitting for awhile. My $3.00 fries, were brown looking. Old food. So, I tossed over $7 away. I certainly didn’t eat this food. Shame on you people!

Stopped at st clairsville location ordered dbl wopper with no cheese med fry.. what I received single wopper with cheese small fry . Stopped here so didn't have to cook . Well didn't work in my favorite .. looks like I won't be back there ?

After sitting 3 cars back waiting to give my order, asked to wait at speaker which turned out to be a 5 minute wait. Still 4 cars lined up behind me, found they were taking and preparing 1 order at a time so there was only one car at the drive thru window. Took 12 minutes total to get a double cheeseburger and onion rings.There has been some trouble here lately. Slow service, wrong orders. Reported on the link on the receipt twice this past week but no manager ever responded. The location is convenient to me but might have to start going out of my way for better service.

I don’t know why I even tried, the person behind counter didn’t even acknowledge myself and disabled father in law waited 10 minutes before leaving they kept taking drive thru orders and just left us standing there like dorks. Thanks a lot you have such stinky customer service!!!

Both large Onion rings were old and oily all 3 of the melts were barely browned and quite frankly the women was rude and rushed us through the whole transaction as if they're not there to get paid.
