Went with a group of +60 and I got my food within a minute of ordering, some other people did have to wait like my friend who waited mabey 5 minutes but he got a cookie and it was fresh out the oven when he got the order. The staff was as nice as if there wasn't a rush always saying my pleasure.

I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's and this one is by far the worst Now remember the worst for Chick-fil-A is still 10 times better than any other fast food restaurant They get a ridiculously long chick fil a style line going in the drive through but it goes as slow as a regular drive through so you end up sitting there for an hour. it tastes as though they have not changed the oil in their deep fryer for Over a year and about 30 minutes after eating their food you end up with a bubble gut

Went through drive thru took over 15mins. Left the drive thru line because of the wait

We like this location because of the kid's play space.

*A little disappointed in Chick-fil-A. I made a formal complaint fully explaining everything, but they gave me 2 rewards for items I didn't buy like a regular sandwich and an 8 piece nugget, when I purchased a deluxe and a 12 piece nugget. I spent $25 on crappy food! I really thought they'd want to ensure to make the customer happy and make me want to come back after an awful experience but now I don't know. If I go back to Chick-fil-A, it definitely won't be this location.*

This is the second time I've been to this location and it will be my last. I did a mobile order cause sometimes it's just easier. My son and I go in, find a table, enter the table number and wait. And we waited...and waited. For well over 10 minutes which is not typical of any Chick-fil-A. She brings our food but no drinks. So I ask and she was like they didn't give them to you? I said no...she proceeded to ask if it was a mobile order and I said yes and her voice changed and said ohhhh....that's why. She just said it in a very odd tone. She brings us our drinks. They only gave my son one ranch for his 12 piece nugget so he had to go up (and wait for several minutes) to ask for more. While he was waiting, they put drinks and ranch on the counter and yelled "Drinks for Kim A!" My son just grabbed them and came back. So we had double the drinks. All of the food was over done. My son's nuggets were hard and crispy and the waffle fries were darker than usual and didn't have the same taste and quality as other locations I've been to. I'm eating my deluxe sandwich (also over done) and I take a bite half way through that made me had to immediately get a napkin and spit it out. The taste is hard to explain.....like a very nasty chemical old rotten taste. I pin pointed it to the tomato. So I go to the counter and a manager is there (wearing the white shirt) and another employee. They ask what's wrong. As I explain it, they looked at me dumbfounded. The manager quickly says oh, sometimes when a tomato is extra juicy, it tastes funny when it mixes with the breading. I said no, that isn't it. Something is very wrong with the tomato. So bad that I can't eat it. She still looks at me in disbelief. I had to ask for a new one. I've never ever had a Chick-fil-A employee act that way. So I take it back and open it and it's like they purposely didn't put the same effort into making my new one. I tried to eat some of it but at this point I'm upset and feeling sick cause of the taste from the previous one. So now I move on to the brownies. I used my points to purchase one of them. Something was also very wrong with them. I get a brownie every time I go to Chick-fil-A so I'm pretty familiar with them. They were under baked. There's a difference between a fudgy brownie and an under baked one. Plus they were cold like they've been kept in the fridge all day. I forced myself to eat it. I knew if I went back up they would have issues with it and they'd probably give me a brownie that was of the same bad quality. I've never ever had such a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. The manager should've handled the situation better. No one was apologetic about the service or food. I want my money and points back. I'll never give this location my business again. I've eaten at the Highlands, Vienna, and Columbus Morse Rd. and I've never had a bad experience....until now. Honestly, I'm concerned that I've lost my beloved taste for Chick-fil-A because of that nasty taste of my sandwich. I messaged customer service but I'm unsure if they're going to do anything.

This location sadly is slow. 30 minutes for a mobile order from when we arrived. (4:23 on a Saturday so not exactly peak hours.)

I always use the drive-through. I love their sauce and chicken, but the salads are my favorites! No where has staff that is more polite or caring.
