Food is always good but they are always so stingy with portion sizes and if you go there late in the evening they almost never have any cheese.

The best Chipotle I have ever tried

Avid Chipotle fan here and just gotta say the St. C location has always been leaps and bounds above the rest. The ingredients and food are always fresh, beautiful and delicious! 🤤🥑 Even the music on their playlist has more of a vibe. Whoever has been managing this place needs a raise. 🤑 Please send pointers to Weirton, WV and Robinson Twp, PA! Praying the new Steubenville location is as good as y'all 💯

I eat at Chipotle at least 2 times a week. This one hardly gives you anything in your bowl. The quality of the food was good but when you pay almost as much here as you would at Texas Roadhouse it's upsetting. I can get a Salad, all the rolls I wanna eat , Steak with a potato for under 20. I just wish all the locations gave the same amount of food. It is always hit or miss.

I travel and I had no idea Chipotles like this still existed on earth…..

i thought I was getting a single serving of everything but everything was doubled for me!

I’m a grown man and I had two hands on the bag carrying it out because it was maybe 15 pounds.

This is one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've had. First of all, there was a large line and only one person on the burrito bar. This would have been fine if everyone else was working. However, this was not the case. No joke, while I was there one of the employees did a Starbucks run and then proceeded to wander aimlessly around the restaurant on her phone. Another one of the employees who seemed to be in charge got herself a soda during the busiest part, and also was keeping an eye on her unattended child who was dropped off at the restaurant (she was about 4) by someone who may have been her husband. The floor was covered in bits of food and the tables were frankly disgusting. Also customers at the main bar were denied ingredients that they were out of, but were full at the mobile order station.

I stopped by to get dinner and the lettuce on my bowl looked brown and old when I bit into the it the lettuce was mushy and nasty, not to mention the cashier was pretty rude. I asked for a drink cup and she just threw it in my bag and and didn’t speak to me at all just threw me nasty looks

The FASTEST line I've ever been through. The staff was attentive.

The portion sizes are horrible. I ask for double rice and get half of a scoop. The little ginger girl, gives attitude every time and never seems to be happy.
