We eat here often but this trip was the worse service ever. We were seated by a very nice older lady. We waited for almost 15 minutes before a waitress ever appeared to take our order. There was other tables seated after us that received their food before us and finished before us. I hope they keep a close eye on their servers because this will hurt business for sure.
We occasionally eat at Cracker Barrel and have never had a so so meal. Food is good. Friendly service with a smile. And the store..always buying something. Love the old time decor.
Food was cold and service that day was very confused and slow !!!
