Food was cold and service that day was very confused and slow !!!
Usually the turkey and dressing is very good and reminds me of home cooked. Not this time! It was lunch meat turkey and the dressing had celery thrown over the top of it. Disappointed!
I don't have a lot of money so when I go to Cracker Barrel I'm really splurging.

They was out of almost everything, no chicken ,no steak ,no skillet dinners no cornbread or biscuits, cold coffee and when we did get our food it wasn't cooked all the way this is the first time this has ever happened while we was there
Had a great breakfast with coffee, and the waitress was helpful in helping me choose a breakfast I wanted.
not crazy about the hashbrowns but everything else was good
The server was phenomenal. Our party had 4 adults and 4 children all under 6 which is usually very challenging and anxiety riddled. The kids food came quickly, coffee was always filled and we meal complete with zero incident. (That's a big deal for us).
The country store allowed me to reward the grandkids for being well behaved without breaking the bank.

We seldom have to wait long for a table and are always greeted by a friendly waitress. We've never had a bad meal and appreciate being checked on for anything else.
Food and service was great,but the over all cleanisse of the store is poor.Dirty windows, seating tables,chairs dusty.Decore on walls covered in dust. This store needs a overall cleaning.
Gift shop had slow service. I had a return. Did not have replacement item in stock. Had to return. Made return but lost my reward dollars used toward the purchase. Not fair.
Food was excellent! Service was slow and heard others complain about their service after we were seated. Took awhile to get a server to come to our table. Maybe they had some circumstances happening that caused the service to be slow, because they are usually fast and efficient.
