Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We eat here often but this trip was the worse service ever. We were seated by a very nice older lady. We waited for almost 15 minutes before a waitress ever appeared to take our order. There was other tables seated after us that received their food before us and finished before us. I hope they keep a close eye on their servers because this will hurt business for sure.

Our visit was for lunch... Arrived shortly after 11am.. food was terrible.. mashed potatoes were old, as if they were from the previous day.. chicken fried chicken was cold..our server.. needs to stay home and watch tv.. surely doesn't belong serving customers. It's a shame, always enjoyed Cracker Barrel. Prices are $15.99 for lunch, I expect a good meal, with good service.. would have been better off stopping at a place and get two hotdogs

love your meatloaf just yesterday released from hospital craving your meatloaf suprized me half was burnt took it home and through it away very disapointed wastress was too busy and i didnt want to wait 1wst time this happened should of never been to my table as a dinner.

Absolutely the best restaurant in the Ohio Valley! We go there at least weekly for breakfast! Can't beat the menu and the prices! Best pecan pancakes we had in this area! Lots of options and prices are nice! Love shopping in the retail space. Our grandkids love it too! The staff is the best too! They are very professional and always make us feel so welcome! If you're on I-70, near the OV Mall, stop there to eat!

Our soup and salad took 45 min - 60 min. We didn’t get updates. As soon as we started to look for our server or a manager, our food finally came
