While we were eating dinner two women came in with their barking dog and sat down 2 seats away from us. I like animals but not when I am paying to have a meal. We asked the waitress if this was allowed and she told us she was not allowed to question them. Next time I feel the need to eat at cracker barrel on or frequent travels I will just stop by the local kennal. SMH

Ran in with my wife for lunch. Waited 20 minutes. Meanwhile the waitress cleaned off the table next to our table, than waited on a table that was seated after we were seated. When that happened we got up and left. We were never acknowledged for being there or someone would be right with us.
I don't remember her name, sorry. But our waitress was AMAZING. She was so sweet and attentive to our needs and we were thankful to have her as a server.

I thought this would be a good choice for dinner with my grandkids. Our carrots came out with no buttery, brown sugar flavor. They seemed to be straight from the can and somewhat hard. Im sorry but Cracker Barrel's consistency for good food is becoming sub par. I hadn't been there for months because we were disappointed the time before. I just don't understand how management let's this food leave the kitchen.
