Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Always have good food and always flip my blizzards upside down (respect the dedication). Once, I went to a different Dairy Queen and asked for chilli fries, and they gave me the smallest container known to man, but this Dairy Queen always gives me a meal sized portion of chilli fries. Thank you Dairy Queen. Please consider bringing back the butterscotch dip for the ice cream cones, though. My grandma really loved to eat that.

Out-of-town travelers beware!

I don't know WHY they charged (without warning) $9.19 for four (4) ice waters on my (otherwise) $36.83 order. Then, when I asked for barbecue sauce and ketchup for my chicken strips and fries, I was informed they would have to charge me for the barbecue sauce. Why? I don't know - maybe the locals are accustomed to these outrageous charges, and maybe the store is just trying to stop some losses of some sort, but the experience for a traveler stopping by on a long trip to feed a large family was among the worst ever - and I've traveled for YEARS! Yes - I still have the receipt showing the charges for the water - someone finally, and sensibly, gave me 3 barbecue sauces free of charge when I gave them a seriously questioning look...

This place is ran buy kids. They don't announce to anyone if times are being changed. I tried doordashing a order an they had told me they could make it after it's been closed then I get to the window an they lied to me again saying they couldn't make the order. I really hope somebody gets new management that's older than 17 years old bc that's not right.

This location was one of the best locations I have ever eaten at. The staff was super friendly which made the atmosphere within the restaurant very chill. The dining area was spotless, and they even brought our food out to us instead of calling our name. This location is now my new favorite Dairy Queen.

Took my 4 year old child to get ice cream after his soccer game Saturday 5/24 around 11am. The employees were visibly irritated that we were there. Took several minutes for anyone to come take our order. Eye rolling, sighing, etc. While getting ordered ready, employees were cursing right in front of us and other customers, hitting vapes, talking about getting high and being high, and the young man that took our order said he was “so high he forgot how to breathe” right in front of my 4 year old and at this point other families and children. I worked in the restaurant industry (fast food and as a waitress) for many years and I totally understand how conversations and talk is in the kitchen, but not in front of paying customers with their children. I do not want anything for free, coupons, etc, I just truly believe this is unacceptable behavior in front of paying customers and young children. I’ll keep in mind to never bring my children here to celebrate something again.

3 times. 3 separate days. First time I went in and ordered one of your salads. They made it wrong, understandable, it happens but then couldn’t even get anyone to the counter to see if I could get it fixed. Another day I went in and order two salads and oh yay they made it right, but they forgot one and still couldn’t get anyone to come back over to give me food I ordered and didn’t receive so thanks a lot. My finally time here I went in to get something different after giving up, for reference this is about the only place close to my work route that isn’t pizza. I ordered my food after trying to wave down someone to take my order because your cashier was giving his friend who did NOT work there his head set to play with (you know your DRIVE THRU HEAD SET) and giving them free ice cream over and over while letting them harass customers for their slips for surveys. It was so bad that I couldn’t even stay but I had no choice because lo and behold no one was at the counter to give me my money back because they had a bunch of middle schoolers behind the counter and were goofing off with them. I understand you employ younger people- I get it- but there has to be a boundary. Terrible service and the food was never right. Wish they’d do something

They were out of sides which is kind of understandable to a point had to wait 15 minutes for six chicken strips. Edit. Came back the next day after the manager kindly gave me a coupon and everything was amazing
