Everytime I go they forget something in order and always insist everything is there

I'm leaving this review at 5:30 on December 3rd 2024 so the owners can see who was working this shift. These kids were a disaster. Non-employees hanging out. Workers were inattentive to customers waiting. Food took longer than expected, fries came late, and everyone there seemed far more concerned with hanging out than serving customers. I'd never hire any of these kids at my business.

I get this is a Dairy Queen but I wasn’t aware it was a hang out for the cashiers teenage friends who were loud, taking over the counter and trying on the drive thru headset. Took me over 30 minutes to even order my food because everyone was loud and hanging out rather than doing anything else. Sucks because this used to always be my lunch stop.

I had visited this establishment a few days back i had gone in to eat with my family after a great day of shopping and tell me why the first thing we were greeted with was rap music playing very loud in the but not that but very inappropriate rap music in the back also tell me why the GM being /getting inappropriate with the young guys of the staff as in getting tickled and slaps from them I’ve never seen something like that coming into what I thought to be a professional place for families to eat and treat themselves but clearly this is why there stuff is getting messed up on a daily basis this wouldn’t be the first time of this disgusting stuff being whiteness by customers if I were the owners I’d come in and replace most of the staff if not all and replace the GM and assistant GM due to there’s to much unprofessionalism even for a Dairy Queen

This place needs to get their act together. Always loved the chicken baskets, last 2 time I asked for barbecue glazed and didn't get it. Wait times are atrocious, fries are always cold, hard, and taste terrible, and prices have skyrocketed while somehow being worse quality. Go to any fast food place in st c besides this one, and get ice cream from the store so you can get 4 times the amount for 2-3 dollars less.

If I could give zero as a star I would. Went there today ordered two triples I was charged for one asked for a bottle of water got a cup of water the best part is the triple I got was still made wrong high school kids need to pay attention in so done with that store the sad part is so close to my house and don't care on there behave. Oh well bk it is screw that store

My aunt has religiously purchased a quart of soft serve here for years. The other day they charged her for a quart, but gave her a 21 oz cup instead!! The manager tried to convince her that it’s the right amount… they think people are stupid! She’s done buying.
