My wife likes KFC....After getting her order...I thought...how can you screw up a chicken sandwich??? I assumed you can't. I was wrong. The chicken on my sandwich was almost inedible. Probably in a warming bin since who knows when. Lesson learned.

Service was good. Too bad the order was incorrect and food was terrible! Order from KFC menu was wrong. Ordered 2 breast, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a biscuit. Received 1 breast and 1 thigh, mash potatoes, no coleslaw and a biscuit. The chicken in total was extra dry (looking and in taste) Mashed potatoes were just as bad. Spouse ordered Long John Silver's. More of the crunchy bits that there were french fries. Fries what he did get were way way to salty. Fish and chicken were over cooked as well. The time before when we went there the food was not great and order was also wrong. But thought it was just a off night. Waited a month or more and tried it again. Will not go back there again! P.S. Look above where the condiments are kept. The wall is separating and looks like it may cause or is presently is a safety Hazzard.

DoorDashed some food two nights in a row, and both times we had items missing, the food not being prepared correctly, or even wrapped in wrappers. The only time I’ve ever had a good experience was earlier in the day, and that’s only sometimes. Definitely would not take anyone here if I respect them.

The place could be a little cleaner and they need to fix the ice machine for the drinks it has not worked in weeks but what got me was I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to give my order and the girl that takes your order was sitting in. Both on her phone looking at me the Hole time I thought she was a customer but no she works there so when she finished being on the phone she finally walked over to take order they need to hire some employees that want to work and not just get paid to be there
