The best ice cream in Ohio. Great choices and they have inside tables and in the summer you can sit outside on the benches or picnic tables and enjoy your ice cream sitting on the hillside.

Great place. Great ice cream. Great service. We arrived at night. We drove right by the place because a van was sitting in front of the sign. Turn around and was so glad we did. Also met the owner and he shared some of the story. Plenty of tables to sit at too. If in this area.......stop!

Cute little place on the hill beside Sheez gas station. But.....you have to really look for it. The icecream is amazing. I had Chocolate marshmallow. On a beautiful October night, this is perfect! Americana themed. This place can use some advertising! Support local!!

I have been to the area several times and even to the gas station right next door and never saw this place. It sits up high off Route 40 but hidden and no sign to see. We realized we tried this ice cream at the food truck festival at Oglebay. This is all homemade and you can tell. There were so many flavor choices, I went to a childhood fave mint chip and chocolate caramel. Can't wait to visit again

Went in in the hopes they would have coffee ice cream and was not disappointed. I requested a milkshake made with their coffee ice cream and it was good. Only one size available but it’s not too small. Shake was thick but not undrinkable.

Kirke's has been serving amazing ice cream for years. There are so many options of flavors and large to go containers are also available. There is a lot of indoor seating as well as outdoor with a lovely shaded area filled with benches, a gazebo and small bridge. I got a scoop of peanut batter banana and a scoop of confetti cake batter and my daughter got a scoop of watermelon sorbet, which she said reminded of her of Dolewhip which is a total win in her book
