41 minutes to get my food. It was lukewarm and made incorrectly. Got a double instead of a triple cheeseburger. When I said something, the young girl behind the counter acted like I was in the wrong for even asking them to correct it. Several others dealt with the same issues as I waited. Eat anywhere else.

I gave St clairsville Ohio store 3 stars cause chicken nuggets 30 nuggets were cold out of 40 of them. The girl at the register seemed like she didn't want to be their,no smile ,no welcome McDonald's. The tables were absolutely dirty and sticky. Not one was clean in front of store. There were number cards sitting on empty tables . Piles of dirty trays.

Rudest employees compared to other restaurants in town. Food is sloppy and thrown together. Being a restaurant worker myself, this McDonald’s needs to get it together and do better. New management or employees or maybe both. Do not recommend to dine here. I’d rather make the drive to the Morristown McDonald’s instead for better food and service.

If i could leave 0s I would . The food was so sloped together I had to pay for my seats to be clean from ketchup when I called the store the manager hun up on me n the phone was off the hook for 4 hrs had to call a different location to get corporate's number i was told the gm would call me n its been a week n still no call back. Way to go . I will not go to this location anymore

I came twice today first time I got pumpkin iced coffee. No pumpkin it was literally cold coffee. Then took my son school shopping stopped to get lunch. I was rung up wrong the lady that took my order acted like it was my fault rolling her eyes and huffing as she called for manager. I was refunded get to my food my Carmel iced coffee has no Carmel and was giving wrong order. Don't think I'll be back here for a while. As someone who works in a restaurant themselves McDonalds get it together 1

No A/C....food thrown in box upside down.....took 25 minutes for a filet,2 chicken snacks and 2 drinks....rude staff...ordered to use kiosk would not take order.....worst McDonald's in the valley

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Bathroom was relatively clean, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then we ordered from the kiosk and waited for over 15 minutes to get our food (one McDouble, two fries). The restaurant was not even that busy. The service was just so slow for seemingly no reason so a bunch of people were scattered around waiting for their orders. I completely understand things happen and can cause delays, but the workers were moving about with no sense of urgency and did not seem at all phased by a lobby full of irritated customers. Not to mention, it felt like there wasn’t any air conditioning in there and several of the ceiling tiles were dripping water onto waiting customers and the floor. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Thankfully the food was okay - not great, but edible. We’re from Northern Kentucky so we don’t travel that way much, but we definitely will not be back to this location
