Had some trouble with the mobile order and ended up waiting 50 minutes. I called twice with no answers and had to go through the drive through which was not busy at all and ask them about it which is no problem. The customer service was not the best and the one of the workers made it my fault that they didn’t have my order. Love this McDonald’s but the way they handled it was not right. Multiple other people were served before us. None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing.

Worse McDonald's I've ever been in took 25 minutes to get waited on at the counter. Some reason they think drive tru is more important than a customer standing inside at the counter. Then on top of it all the good was cold and the pies were about half frozen.

Literally the WORST "fast food" restaurant experience ever!! I waiting 45 minutes for 3 orders (inside) while 3 others were also waiting 40+ minutes for their orders inside.
