Probably my favorite fast food sit down place at the mall. The drive thru and pick up is always good. The food is always good. They've forgotten to put something in the bag once or twice but what drive through doesn't? The staff has always been friendly.

Ordered online for delivery not knowing that they use Door dash. 1st food n pastries are delicious but way overpriced. I ordered 2 sandwiches with 2 drinks with two free bags of chips comes with it, ordered two bowls of soup each was supposed to have a free side only 1 was sent. Asked for extra blue tortillas what a joke. Spent $61.63. Only for the door dash person to steal one of my drinks for themselves because it was 83 out and try to blame Panera for shorting me a drink, and I gave the driver a tip should of asked for it back! Called Panera to see about refund and to explain to management what happened and the Manager of the St. Clairsville Cafe was down right RUDE wouldn't let me talk kept interrupting me and hung up on me. Called back and got the lady whom packaged up my order and she confirmed she did send two drinks in drink holder and was helpful and gave me the phone number to door dash to complain and get my refund which they connected me through to Panera care center and got a reward in replacement of refund for the drink.
Management should be more courteous and not be RUDE AND SHOULD LEARN NOT TO KEEP CUTTING PEOPLE OFF IN CONVERSATION AND NOT HANG UP ON THAT CUSTOMER.... REMEMBER WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB THERE N GET PAID!! I NEVER CUSSED AT HER!

Food is typical Panera. The mens restroom at this location was overdue for cleaning. The urinal has a nasty buildup at the bottom below the waterline. The sink wasn't much better.

Went through the drive up window, person at window asked 4 times to pull up, and I hadn't even finished my order. Sat in line for 27 minutes waiting for food. Got my order and it was missing items. Worst Panera Bread I have ever been too.

The best panera you can go to. Their service is phenomenal. Had a door dash order that never arrived and they went out of their way and offered to bring my food to me and even threw in an extra cookie. The best store around, I appreciate this store so much cannot recommend enough!!

I wouldn’t go here again, first I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me and then get to the window to be told they don’t have the tomato basil bread for the bravo ( the only reason I order this sandwich is for the bread, I would have chose something else but being put on the spot I just wanted my food so told them to put it on another bread ), the bravo was supposed to be heated ( I’m pregnant and I don’t eat cold lunch meat ), it came out ice cold. At this point they’ve lost my service.. I won’t be back. After 30 minutes of waiting for my food in the drive thru and for it to come to me wrong. The sandwich was also so messy, sauce all over the outer bread.

My wife and I both ordered Frontega chicken and soup. She got potato and I ordered the autumn squash. It had been a while since I'd gotten the autumn squash soup, and it was well worth it!! The sauce on the frontega chicken tasted different than we were used to btwn 2010 and 2020. My wife's sandwich had about 20% too much sauce, as it was dripping on the plate quite a bit. Staff was friendly and personable, making sure we were all set with our meal. We would eat here again.
