Most of the time when I call there I always talk to the same nice lady. The food always gets here on time and is hot. Pizza Driver is always nice and food is always delicious!

First time trying this place since family tradition demands another local pizza place instead. However, they were closed and we came here. The Greek salad and Mediterranean specialty pizza were phenomenal. The toppings were generous. I hate when feta is skimpy! I failed as a reviewer to get an initial picture of the entire pizza as we dove into it immediately!

Tried them for the first time (~16 year resident) for their specialty medium pizza. LOADED and I'd have given them 5 stars if they had had mushrooms (as listed in the entree description.) Order taker was more than pleasant, pickup readiness timely; worth what I paid for it. IMO I perceived young crew truly doing the best they could.

Food use to be way better. Not sure what happen but last time I got the chicken Alfredo it tasted sour and I threw it away. Then ordered a pizza and cheese sticksa few weeks later. The pizza was cold and the cheese sticks were like a rock.

If I could of put zero stars I would have. I have never been treated as poorly as I have here at Milanos. They should be ashamed. We paid for for our pizza and drinks that they never delivered. We called again and they said they was on their way never brought it that night. The next day we call and the rude woman who answered the phone told us to come get it ourselves. Not to mention we are flooded and can't get our vehicle out to go get it. We walked and waited in this damn cold floor water for them to bring us what we ordered and never brought a damn thing. We even walked through all the bull just to meet them so they didn't have to drive through any water or anything. What a joke? Nice to see what this world has come to and how poor the work ethic is. ?
