Food use to be way better. Not sure what happen but last time I got the chicken Alfredo it tasted sour and I threw it away. Then ordered a pizza and cheese sticksa few weeks later. The pizza was cold and the cheese sticks were like a rock.

If I could of put zero stars I would have. I have never been treated as poorly as I have here at Milanos. They should be ashamed. We paid for for our pizza and drinks that they never delivered. We called again and they said they was on their way never brought it that night. The next day we call and the rude woman who answered the phone told us to come get it ourselves. Not to mention we are flooded and can't get our vehicle out to go get it. We walked and waited in this damn cold floor water for them to bring us what we ordered and never brought a damn thing. We even walked through all the bull just to meet them so they didn't have to drive through any water or anything. What a joke? Nice to see what this world has come to and how poor the work ethic is. ?

Learned from a family member that pizza milano forces employees to work sick! What makes it worse is they suspend employees for being sick. Truly sickening! So its either you stay home get suspended or go in serve food SICK then get suspended. Ridiculous if you ask me…

This food is not anywhere near the quality it used to be. More money then ever, smaller portions and cheaper ingredients.
Ive had Milano's delivered a few times, 2 out of the 4 times i had to call again to get a missing item they forget. The food is great and usually fresh. I noticed the other day on my receipt that everything i had ordered was at least 2 dollars more than what is posted on the website. ended up spending about 8 more dollars than what i originally thought on my order. Online prices need updated or i got played.

Raised prices substantially without warning and without changing it on their menu. Girl at the counter informed me that she only works there and there are other pizza place options in town. I am a business owner for over 30 years in St. Clairsville and I totally understand that prices do go up but when you take a Calzone from $8.99 to $12.99. What do you expect from a regular customer to say. Wow!!!! What a price hike!!!! Guess what.... I am in a position to refer protentional customers to your business or send them somewhere else. I am really thinking about removing your menus from my lobby. Especially when the prices don't match up. Next time think about baby steps when it comes to price increases.
