Spent almost $14 on two undrinkable Frappuccino’s. My boys said they were bitter not sweet at all and they get grapes all the time at Starbucks not always this location. They went back to tell the barista the drinks were not sweet and it only had two pumps of syrup according to the label whip cream wasn’t sweet either and they wanted it fixed. They were met with eye roll nasty attitude and basically see ya. No, how can we fix this for you. Nice attitude; customers treated like rubbish and it’s a shame when you’re paying this kind of money. Better off finding a local coffee shop to get your drinks if you’re in St Clairsville.

Please fix your listed hours. Turning us away at exactly 4:30PM, after waiting in the drive through line for ten minutes already, when all we wanted was a cup of coffee on a long drive...

I DoorDash & every single time I go in to pick up an order, every girl that works there acts like I’m invisible. They literally will not acknowledge me. They won’t say hi, they don’t ask if they can help me , don’t even look at me. It’s weird! It’s rude! I’ve literally stood there for 15 mins the other day without one employee asking me if I need help. Pretty long wait to pick up one coffee! I think theyre all a bunch of snobs , period. I’ll never be a customer there , ever!

My experience at this Starbucks today saved my life. I, a lost and broken man, decided to order a gingerbread iced latte with almondmilk. I received my drink and attempted to drink it. I quickly discovered that the drink was so immensely thick and viscous that it was nearly impossible to suck it through the straw. This inspired me and filled me with a new sense of determination. I learned that I must work to get what I want in life, that I should never give up. The coffee eventually entered my mouth, and let me tell you, it brought a tear to my eye. The texture was deeply reminiscent of oobleck. I had not made oobleck since I was but a wee lad. I was sent back to fond childhood memories. I am overwhelmed with emotion. Because of this, I have decided to quit drinking and turn my life around. Thank you, Starbucks, for this religious experience. I am a changed man. God bless.

Absolutely outstanding experience!
This Starbucks at the Ohio Valley Mall Complex is one of the best I’ve visited. The staff is always friendly, fast, and professional — they remember your order with a smile and make you feel genuinely welcome. The café is spotless, cozy, and well-organized, perfect for relaxing or getting work done. My drink was prepared perfectly, and everything came out fresh and consistent.

I had a sandwich once and it was unfortunately very mid especially for the price but that may just be my own personal tastes and not the fault of Starbucks. It is slightly expensive so I don't go often, but when I do, their drinks are always good, well made, and fun to sip on, and the people working at the drive-thru are always kind.

I order a large green Macha greenTea the young girl ended up giving me a small. I said now. I placed the order for a large. So what she end up doing? throwing it away she refund My card and get me a large one. That I paid for but for all that being said I did not wanted. My card ran 3 times like that. I was trying to tell that young girl. Just give me the small and I will order a large. But she running my card 3 times I just don't understand people this happen on 4/22/25 6:40pm

Just came in and asked for a water. Waited 15 minutes while I watched them clear everyone else out that got there after me. I ASKED FOR A WATER. Will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered mobile pick up. Got there and they weren't allowing people inside. Had to sit in line 20 minutes to pick my order. Don't allow me to order pick up if it's not available. Coffee was cold by the time I got it and I was late where I was going
