Love the white chocolate mocha but won't be back because everytime i go there you only get a half cup of coffee and half cup of foam

I order a large green Macha greenTea the young girl ended up giving me a small. I said now. I placed the order for a large. So what she end up doing? throwing it away she refund My card and get me a large one. That I paid for but for all that being said I did not wanted. My card ran 3 times like that. I was trying to tell that young girl. Just give me the small and I will order a large. But she running my card 3 times I just don't understand people this happen on 4/22/25 6:40pm

Just came in and asked for a water. Waited 15 minutes while I watched them clear everyone else out that got there after me. I ASKED FOR A WATER. Will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered mobile pick up. Got there and they weren't allowing people inside. Had to sit in line 20 minutes to pick my order. Don't allow me to order pick up if it's not available. Coffee was cold by the time I got it and I was late where I was going

Been here a few times and the drinks are always made right and everyone working is very kind. Madalyn (Name could be spelled wrong) was very kind at the drive thru!

AMAZING customer service. I made a mistake on my order. They were so kind and gracious to fix it and not charge me double. So thankful!

This is the fourth Starbucks I have ever applied to. Had all the qualifications and got turned down a job for no reason at all, and interview went fine. At this point it's fishy. I think they go through a process of what I like to call "backwards discrimination." If you are a straight, white, male, you are automatically booted as a potential candidate. Because going in here multiple after, I saw at least 5 new hires. For a company who claims to be about equality and inclusivity, Starbucks sure seems to be doing just the opposite. Discrimination is still discrimination.

Today’s sale brought us in! While beginning our roadtrip in Ohio, my 3 kids were dying for some refreshers and hot chocolate. They were proud that they could pay themselves at 1/2 Off. A great deal!

Dining area was relaxing with lounge chairs. Nice for laptop work. Outside were umbrella tables. Casual, cozy and trendy atmosphere.

Lots of merch! Bags of coffee, cups, mugs and more. Credit and debit cards accepted.
