I ordered a Venti Hot White Mocha with 6 pumps Dark Caramel and extra shot of espresso and the first time it was really milky but a lovely lady was so kind to remake it and she made it perfectly

My granddaughter went in. She came out 10 min later and said GMA this was the nicest Starbucks I've ever been too. I asked why she thought that. She said because I have to have 200 stars for a free drink and I only have 100 so the counter lady paid for my drink out of her pocket. She also said that another customer wanted to get her deceased brother's favorite drink but it wasn't on the menu. The counter girl did not know how to make it but another girl came over and said she knew how and would be happy to make it for her. These are young people that will make the world a much kinder place!!

The morning crew are amazing! Teamwork like it should be! I come here almost every morning and even though I use the app and order ahead by at least 10 minutes, sometimes they have to push my order through when i get there. When I'm feeling frazzled because of that particular issue, I remind myself that it's not their fault and thank them for still smiling through it all! Ladies, I see your hard work and I appreciate it!

The last 3 times my wait was way longer then expected. Ordered at 8:01, estimated 8:13. Actual time 8:26. The batista saw me. Said it's coming. Yet made orders for people who were not there. No drink should take 25 minutes to make.

Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and this is what they consider a full cup. I mean give me a break you charge 5 bucks for a grande and you literally fill the cup up 2/3 the way. That's absurd.

I come here before work a lot and I use the app for convenience which is fantastic. Most of the time the drink is perfectly timed with when I arrive, but with the holiday season, they are out of pumpkin 3-4 out of the 7 days of the week which deters me from going because I honestly love pumpkin lattes and look forward to it. I just wish they would order more during the holiday season. Same thing happened last year.

I love Starbucks, we were out of the state so we stopped for coffee this morning it was real good and went last night not the same one and we knew they closed at 9:30. So went to the drive through, it was 9:26 we pulled up and we asked them too help us. They ignored us, so we asked them again got same with the response. But, at exactly 9:30 they said, sorry we close at 9:30, I was so upset and my husband wouldn't let me get out of the car.
