Food wasn’t great. I ended up getting food poisoning on Tuesday May 13th, 2025 from this location. Something bad was within the food. I ordered a BLT Footlong. The restaurant’s phone number doesn’t work and all it says is invalid phone number. There’s no way to call they’re headquarters or phone number to speak to anyone about this matter.

There has never been a time when we have went here and the employees were nice or cheerful. They get annoyed when you take too long to decide and don’t even make eye contact. Everyone in line when we were there was looking around at each other with big eyes because it’s very clear that some employees there do not like their job. Customer service is the most Important thing and it is non existent. Sandwiches are usually made with no care.

Subway food is always good. However, this location has a not-so-nice person working there. The man who made the sandwiches was polite and a fast worker. The lady who added the toppings was crabby. She threw the peppers on my sandwich when I asked for more. She seemed more concerned about giggling with the 3 or 4 high school kids who were behind the counter with her, grabbing cookies while they were talking. I am surprised such unprofessional, unsanitary behavior is allowed. I asked for a free cookie since I ordered double meat. We get that at a different Subway. She stared at me and said, "No." I asked for a senior discount. She stared at me and said, "No." I asked for a bigger bag for my sandwiches and she practically threw the same size bag at me. Also, not one napkin was in the bag. I'll never stop at that Subway again.

Ur time says closes at 9pm and they r always closed at 8pm or even earlier then that or the oven has been shut off and cleaned and can’t get sub baked. Change ur hours so other people don’t keep going there and finding it closed

Stopped in here to get lunch after getting off work. I needed to use the restroom, so I was going to do that first, so I didn't have to take my food into the restroom with me. I asked the employee if I needed a key for the restroom as it was locked and had a sign on it stating it was for customers and employees only. As if I can't read, she told me the restrooms for customers only but there's another bathroom next door in the gas station. I told her I was getting lunch but wanted to use the restroom first. She just stood there, didn't even look at me or respond to me. I went to the bathroom next door but will now be going somewhere else for lunch now. Bad service = no customers. Good job.

Ordered an online pick up order, got there 10mins after pick up, wasn't done. One customer in the store 2 employees. Waited 10 more mins for my sandwich. Got home and saw it wasn't right. Tried to call the store, no answer. Super mad.
Would been better if girls hoody didn't brush through my sandwich and they didn't want to make my husband's sandwich they rung me up n left him standing there lol
