I am not one to write bad reviews… but your drive thru needs to get better at service. Having your customers sitting and waiting 10 minutes plus is taking the “drive thru” out of context. I will say, there was a very nice lady a couple weeks ago. She had such an outgoing personality. She was great! Made you feel welcomed to come to this place. But outside of all that, food is good!

Worst wait time I’ve ever experienced I know the quality is not great that’s why we trade quality for the “fast” part of fast food. 30 min wait had to just ask for a refund. If you’re traveling don’t stop here

Went to get dinner after work, when we went to pick up our food we were informed they were out of 10 inch tortillas and we could get refunded through the app, I asked if we could swap for something else on the menu since we were hungry and just wanted our food and the manager told us “No that could mess with our inventory” I guess fast food restaurants have a strict inventory now and can’t substitute food when they’re out of something.

We ordered 3 grilled cheese burritos, 3 soft tacos and a Doritos loco taco and only got 2 grilled cheese burrito’s, and 3 soft tacos, when we went in to tell them one of the workers said ‘can we see your receipt’ in a very rude tone. I highly recommend getting Taco Bell somewhere else besides the one in Saint clairsville. Very Unprofessional.
7 people behind the counter that is 7 i could see in the prep area and still had to wait on food. Only one person there working on filing orders and she did not stop.

Placed an order on line it said ready went to pick it up and took 25 more minutes missing items, no meat on my taco even though I paid for extra meat. What a joke!!

Went to go place an order inside because there was cars lined up all around the building and as I stood there in line for 20 minutes for them to take my order because what I wanted was not on the kiosk as the cashier talking to her friend in the drive-through window
