Took 24 minutes to get my food. And didn't receive all of it. Then they wanted to argue with me about something that ended being proven that they was wrong. They called the sheriff on me which a big shout out to our belmont county sheriff's department for being so quick. Because God knew that I wasn't leaving. Anyway staff sucked manager was worse. All need fired and place shut down.. Absolutely disgusting.

Literally say in the drive through blocked in for 45 mins. I just went grocery shopping and did not have the time to sit in this drive through. Didn't offer any compensation. I won't be back. I'll drive to benwood taco bell before I ever spend money here again. If they are so short staffed - the managers and owners should be working not making consumers wait in the drive through for 45 mins

Love the mobile app … have ordered 4 x in a row and never give me chips for the nachos.. this time..at the drive thru saying my name and mobile order!!! They said we have no food after the car in front of you … I said I already paid thru the app … then pulled up and gave me a bag.. guess what … no chips for an order of 5 nachos … 33 bux.. total .. I called the store and said you always forget my chips please bring them out … I was told I’m rude then they hung up… awesome guys … no straws for five drinks.. no napkins …btw this at 1100 pm .. way to steal

I don’t like doing bad reviews. Normally I just won’t do one but going there at night or really anytime lately has been horrible. Except it to take 30-45 min at night. Took us 47 min in line just to not get all of food per usual and to go inside and wait additional 16min for them to make the 3 things they forgot. Maybe they r short handed. They had 4 people working 3 making tacos. So idk. Hopefully they get this figured out

The closer on Sat night Aug 17 (aka the 18th at 2am) was an absolute joy. She had my food out in a timely manner, had great customer service, and made the entire experience a delight. My receipt says her name was Crystal.

This is the second time our order has been wrong/unacceptable. I don't know what is going on at our local Taco Bell, but this is not it!! The first time, our food was barely food. Our soft potato tacos only had lettuce & cheese in them. This time, we placed an online order, it wasn't ready for pick up, & the order was wrong! Super disappointed in this location.
