I was a bit nervous about going to a buffet. Haven't been to one since before covid. But it was 11.99 plus like $2 extra for the drink so my SO and I took a chance.
It was very clean inside, plenty of tables--which were very close together and we had to sit on the same side because it was so cramped and you can't sit behind someone. The ceiling fans were on but it still felt like an oven. I don't think they even had AC. It was cooler outside and it was like 90 degrees.
There were tons of people in there which made us feel better. The buffet itself wasn't bad as far as selections.
The food wasn't horrible but it wasn't really that good either. And when you pay before you eat, they ask for a tip. A tip for what? You get everything yourself and seat yourself. I felt guilty and stuck like $2 on it.
The food... some things were average but nothing was delicious. Someone had a heavy hand in over salting. There were some dishes that needed salt or seasoning and others were so salty that it was inedible.
The best thing I found was the pepper chicken. I grabbed broccoli from another dish (the chicken in that dish was slimy and soft) and basically had that and rice. They had an egg tart on there. It wasn't bad but the filling wasn't right. It was super watery.
The food was hot and changed frequently but I don't think we will come back. The egg flower soup was thick! Like I literally used a fork and it stayed on it. It was like a jello soup with no salt. It was pretty gross.
They had ice cream for dessert but I wasn't going to go digging in the communal ice cream bins. Maybe If it was soft serve and out of a machine but no, you had to dig into something tons of people had their hands in. Which I know, the buffet is the same way but digging out cold ice cream is harder than just using like a soup ladel. Pass.
I mean, it was cheap and did it's job but ehhh I'd rather spend the money on delicious food vs mediocre.

I have eaten here many times with my family. However, I will never return. I went here with my husband and brother. My brother has a food allergy, however he has never had a reaction here. When my brother started having a reaction, my husband asked a male employee if they had Benadryl. Instead of just saying no, they were too worried about covering their ass. After they argued with us, stopping my husband from leaving, he rushed over to Riesbecks for Benadryl. This employee continued to argue with another employee in Chinese. Needless to say, we left shortly after my brother took the Benadryl. We may still have to take him to the hospital. I am writing this review in the car.

Excellent food and variety.
It is a seat yourself and self serve drinks.
They just take your plates. I would highly suggest this place for buffet, only 10 bucks for LUNCH.

The food was good. The place is too small no room ur practically sitting with the table beside u if u speak everyone can hear what ur saying. To small tables to close together. Unfortunately that is the reason I'll never be back until they get more room. Which sucks because Chinese buffet is one of my go to's but I can't handle smelling someone at the table next to me while I'm trying to eat.

The Greatest Chinese buffet I have ever been to, with great prices, amazing employees, and the best food I've ever had at a Chinese buffet, or any buffet for that matter. The restaurant only has one buffet row and a dessert and sushi rack the reason for this is that the quality of the food is amazing, with staff constantly checking and moving food for freshness. They feature some of the best Chinese dishes they can, the sushi is not amazing or anything but is better than any other Chinese buffet.

The restaurant is clean but small, there is no booth seating. We came around dinner.... The food is disgusting to be direct. It looked old and mostly tasted the same across the board. The chicken was dry and chewy, the shrimp weren't deveined, the crae fish were cooked to overkill, the sushi was an absolute no for me as it was watery and seemed old. After trying everything, at least a bite or two of everything, I can honestly say the desert was the worst of it. The eclairs were bone dry and tasted like vitamins, the cakes were dry and resistant to being cut with a fork and the ice cream.... No.

It's not worth the money. You can get crappy, asian adjacent food from the freezer aisle in Walmart and it would be safer and less expensive. But, hey, be adventurous, because that's what it takes to eat here.

It is a typical Chinese buffet, however the variety of dishes makes it a good option, its price is very reasonable and you can end up super full.
They also have unlimited ice cream.

Not really worth the money. After paying for 2 dinners and drinks, it comes out to almost 32 dollars for the small selection of food. Most of the food was dried out and cold. I'll probably be driving to Happy Garden in moundsville from now on.
