Fast service but come on the spine of the lettuce head. I know y'all cut this fresh every day so whoever left it in made a mistake and whoever put it on the sandwich should've just thrown it away. My wife's sandwich had a slightly better piece but still mostly the spine of the lettuce.

We spent an hour here. The person in the vehicle in front of us in the drive through left before they even got to the speaker to order. We toughed it out. Finally got our food and they were missing things, the line inside was long. Then we open the food the buns for the burgers were hard like they were under warming lights for hours. Fries were not edible. The chili was OK. Absolutely not worth the money we paid or the wait. Please be kind to the workers here 🙏😔

Placed our order and the First Lady is fantastic but the lady that gave us our order had an attitude and didn’t check the order before giving it to us.. I am missing my plain baked potato, I call out to ask what can be done and receive a message that they can’t answer the phones.. we were the only ones in line and they still can’t get it right. No way to even get a hold of the place after they screw up… excellent customer service guys!!!!!!

I usually don't have anything bad to say a about this Wendy's but today I ordered an almost 30 dollar order witch including 20 piece nuggets and every one of the nuggets were burnt the fries were cold if I'm spending almost 30 dollars I would like my food hot and not freaking burnt to the point I couldn't eat it absolutely ridiculous prices keep going up while food just goes down hill I'll give Wendy's another go I know mistakes happen but come on for the amount of money I spend at Wendy's I should not have to deal with burnt or cold food. I'm from ohio and I work at the wendys there, so I will say I do get the work life. They were very kind and got our order out fast, I don't blame them but they did forget some sauces, bit overall it was really nice and I would recommend going sometime.

Smelled like do do as soon as I walked in. Went up to counter and was greeted by a very rude young man. Were out of almost everything when we went in and kid at the counter seemed upset that my group and I were eating in. Will not be coming back if I could rate 0 I would.

The dining area was a disgusting mess. Front counter, pop station and condiment station all needed wiped down and stocked. Tables were all dirty. Trash overflowing. Manager came out and pushed trash down then went outside. Didn’t even look at anything else. They have no customers and 15 minutes later, still nothing has been wiped down or stocked. Employees just standing around Food wasn’t the greatest either. Quality has definitely gone down while prices have gone up.
