Been there several times lately, Not sure who the manager was, but she deserves a raise. The boy behind the counter was very friendly and very dedicated. Customer service was unbeatable. All in all the best subway I’ve ever stepped foot in.

I used to come to this Subway often and was ecstatic when they began online orders awhile back. However, every time I order online, I go at my pick up time and still have to wait. Usually I'm waiting for an employee to come to the front. At times waiting 10 minutes or more just to ask for my pick up order I can see sitting behind the counter. Tonight, I came in a bit after my initial pickup time to an empty lobby and 2 employees behind the counter. There was no order on the back counter and they appeared to be frantically making what I thought was my order. After they helped 2 customers that came in after me, I approached them about my order. They said the order they just made was not mine and they must have given the wrong order out. Give them 5 minutes and they would have to remake it. After they helped the other customers that came in after me and 20 minutes after my inital pick up time, I finally had my food, which was hardly toasted and quite obviously rushed.

This restaurant is no doubt one of the coolest place to eat in the neighborhood. Anytime I go there I am extremely glad. They manage their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
