My wife and I visited Sunday morning and it was busy. They were able to fit us in at the ‘bar’ where we were able to watch the going ons in the kitchen. Really amazed at how much food they could make in that tiny space. The operation was like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew their role. No complaining or getting mad at another employee. This is by far, the best restaurant in world!! The food is amazing and the staff is even more amazing. My favorite thing to do on the weekend or any other morning we have time, is take my boy's to Early Birds for breakfast. We will be continuing this tradition for as long as they are in business. I absolutely refuse to eat anyone else's biscuits and sausage gravy. Not even my mother's!
