Well I'm not a complainer but after saying "welcome to Arby's I'll take your order" they never respond again. Happens often. The car behind me ended up going to taco bell instead too as she probably knew they would not respond. Happens often. Not necessarily blaming the employees but seems odd. Maybe the order speaker and mic need replaced or something.

This location Usually not that great. Today is no different. Went through the drive threw our motz sticks where cold. Went back threw asked for fresh paid for them again. This type they where hot, but the cheese was hard, tell me they where old and was just dropped in the fryer for a few seconds to rewarm them. Arby's has the best motz sticks but if you want decent food it's better to drive to the next town

Terrible, just terrible. We went through the drive thru in St. Mary's after working all day. We were starving, and there were no people in line. I ordered a beef and Cheddar combo, and my wife ordered a brisket sandwich. Pretty basic choices. We were probably waiting close to 15 minutes for our food. A kid working there kept walking back and forth looking in the bag like he was hoping that our food jumped in or something. When we finally got our food, he gave us the bag and simply said thanks. No apology for waiting as long as we did, no discount or offering of anything to make things right. My fries and sandwich were cold. I was beyond mad, and I won't go back to this location.

We were waited on by a young man named Jackson and that young man was so very polite and so very patient with us because we work in home health care and we had our clients with us. Jackson was amazing, as was the rest of your staff
