I have ate there since the week it was built! The service and the employees now are the best ever! Always very clean restaurant! Great job, keep it up! Thanks! Don't ever get rid of bell!
Reasonably quick service. One employee in a walking cast, helping front counter. Good food. Clean dining area. Overheard team members discussing tasks and cleaning plans. All pleasant attitudes. No evident problems.
Well I'm not a complainer but after saying "welcome to Arby's I'll take your order" they never respond again. Happens often. The car behind me ended up going to taco bell instead too as she probably knew they would not respond. Happens often. Not necessarily blaming the employees but seems odd. Maybe the order speaker and mic need replaced or something.
