Coffee is great, staff was rude. I ordered two iced lattes with oat milk and they came up hot which that’s fine mistakes happen no biggie. I walked to counter and just let them know they were supposed to be iced and I apologized for the inconvenience even tho it wasn’t my fault lol. They just stared at me, didn’t say a word and gave me a dirty look. So I walked away hoping they were making me iced ones but I really wasn’t sure since no one even acknowledged me….. very odd. Then when she placed the new ones up she just named the drinks without saying “oat milk” so I asked her if they were oat bc she called someone else drink out with oat so it was odd she didn’t with mine. And she gave me another dirty look and said yes. The one in particular that was extremely rude has dark hair and glasses and was making the lattes. Didn’t catch her name but she shouldn’t work in customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat people.

I ordered a iced Carmel Marvel Latte. I didn't receive espresso shots or the Carmel syrup. Completely a waste of money and time. When I asked the barrista why it was made differently from all the other times she said that they stop adding syrup because they close at 8 pm (it was 7:25 pm) and the owner instructed them to put it away early. Not sure why an owner would ask for staff to put product away early and charge customers the same price! Putting product away so the customers get a completely different tasting cup of coffee. Using regular coffee and not espresso absolutely not acceptable. Does the franchise approve of these practices? If you purchase coffee after 7 pm beware and ask for discount.

Everyone working there is beyond amazing. Biggby is my go-to place now because Starbucks across the street always has issues or items out of stock, but never at Biggby! I have never had an issue with going there, everything is always so quick and the food and drinks hit everytime! For sure my favorite place to go!

10 min wait in drive through for 2 cars ahead of me, 4 behind. Lost patience and went inside, only to find my online order to have been premade and half melted (ordered frozen) whilst 4 workers hanging out and only 1 making a drink If I’d have known I’d get this kind of service and product I would’ve never stopped.
