We pulled into the line at 12:20, there were TWO CARS in the drive thru. The fact that we’re just now leaving at 12:57 and we only ordered 2 singular drinks is insanity. I’ve been coming to Biggby for YEARS, since they opened if anything and I’ve literally watched them depreciate in the last year or so. The service is so slow, UNCOMFORTABLY SLOW and for no reason either. There were 2 girls inside doing literally nothing and one person was making drinks. I used to love Biggby but it’s getting to a point that it’s not even worth it because their service sucks so bad. I don’t know what happened, but they need to fix it, FAST, because 3 cars left behind us because they were waiting so long.

Edit: if you want super fast coffee, go to McDonald’s in town. Come here if you want quality coffee and friendliness, not if you’re in a rush to get to work. I see a lot of people complaining about speed- yes, it would be nice if they are faster, but craft takes time. Sometimes staff can only allow for so much speed. Sometimes there’s so many customers it takes a while to get through them all. I don’t work here, but I have barista experience and I can tell you that none of them are trying to ruin your day. Anyways, back to the review lol.
I see a lot of bad reviews here, so I wanted to give it a good one. I haven’t ever had a bad experience at this location. The waffle sandwich I had was great! Today I got an iced white pumpkin latte for the third time over a span of maybe 2 weeks because it’s so good. The employees have been so nice! One morning I spoke to an employee who didn’t know much about the drinks, but her coworker was willing to help me. Another visit I had, I pulled into the drive through because I was so low energy, I was falling asleep while driving. She recommended an energy drink and it was so good! Today’s visit, I asked the girl her opinion on some drinks and she was straightforward and so kind. I ended up getting the iced white pumpkin latte again lol. She was so sweet.
The only things I would mention is that wait times can be slow sometimes, but I find that going inside is faster. I’ll also mention that the dining area is a little less modern, not a very cozy spot to do work/studies. And the music is definitely a bit loud. But it seems like they may be changing the interior a bit, they’ve been working on it the last few times I’ve been! It’s going in the right direction over here.

Get it together!!!! Second time I've stood in line for 20+ minutes for a coffee. Today I watched 4 customers that came in after me get their order. Only to find out they lost my order!

I meet my friends here at 1230. There was 3 people working. The coffee room and drive thur were Not busy. The employees were standing talking to each other.
We had to ask for a towel to clean food crumbs off the table. They were all pretty dirty. We asked if they could-would turn the music down and was told they didn't know how.
Just what my 70 year old friends wanted to here was Greenday.
I doubt I go back and can only hope that when the new one opens in Minster they can keep it clean and possibly keep the music low enough so you can talk over it enjoying the coffee.

I have been to other Bixby.Coffees i've gotten a chai tea was very satisfied. The Chai tea in St. Mary's today was awful.Tasted like watered down milk with a little tea. I Add a Hammond cheese on a bagel.They go this was awful only had little thin piece of pam tiny bit of cheese. I will not be coming back here very disappointed

Constant 15-25 minute wait times. Coffee is supposed to be quick. I see cars pulling away everyday after waiting 10-15 minutes.
This is a super easy fix.
A.) No food through drive thru
B.) Up grade your bagle maker
C.) Install another window
D.) Designated parking spots for people to wait when they think they need to order for the whole office.
A long wait doesnt mean its popular and worth having. It means the process needs fixed. Its been like this entirely too long.
My brother bought my diabetic mother a coffee at this location and told staff he needed it completely sugar free and they said that is how they made it her blood sugar was in the 80s before the coffee and was 220 not even 10 minutes later and made her feel so physically unwell she almost had to go to the hospital, ignorance about paying attention to giving people what they actually ordered is prime at this location, be careful if you have medical dietary restrictions because they will not listen
I used to go everyday almost but idk if they got new crew or what but I think I might be done going there! It is not what it used to be! The coffee is awful now.
Love me some biggby! Always stop in every time I'm in the area.

Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose, they let me have a taste sample of oat milk. Which now I come in daily for my delicious coffee.

Took 55 minutes for them to serve 6 cars in the drive thru. Never in my life will I come back to this place. Maybe if the teens running the place would stop talking to each other so much things would be fine quicker
