The food was very good, the service was terrible. We were served by a woman with Bailey glasses. If I'm not mistaken, I don't know, but I don't think that's the way to throw away even the food and the receipts.

It's Saturday night during Final Four! So we came after dinner rush. Tv's were overly loud. Our waitress Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, and very patient.Everything she recommended off the menu was really good. Chicken wings were super small, and my loaded tots were so hard and in one big clump that I got tired of trying to even eat them. The all American burger was really good.

Ordered takeout. Paid $13 for bone in wings and fries. They gave me boneless, which are mostly breading, and cold fries. No mayo like I asked for either. Took forever to actually get some help at the front desk. When someone asked if anyone had help me I told them no and heard people in the kitchen screwing around. I can never order takeout here because they always give me at least one thing wrong. Obviously nothing is going to be done about it given the same basic response to other people's reviews about how bad this place is.

Had takeout so I didn’t expect it piping hot but it was literally so old and nasty like it had been sitting on the counter for hours. For $45 for just two burger meals that’s insane to me. I could have gotten better quality at McDonald’s. The fries were hard they were so old. Burger had zero seasoning and super bland. Gave it another chance and won’t be back. The food is beyond disgusting.

There on Veterans Day at 4pm to meet friends, only 3 people in the place. We waited more than 10 mins. (I timed it as this happened once before). The bartender did her duties behind the bar and did not acknowledge us there. No waitress either. We left and went to Beer Barrell. 2nd and last time this will happen to us. 3 customers in the place a 4pm....No wonder.
Parking: 3 cars in the lot a 4pm... that should tell you something about the service and the food...

Disappointment Regarding Veterans.
I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment regarding your decision to offer only 6 boneless wings on Veterans Day, despite corporate stating that veterans should receive 10 boneless wings with fries. This discrepancy not only undermines the spirit of honoring our veterans but also reflects poorly on your commitment to supporting those who have served.
It is unfortunate that the local management does not align with the corporate values that recognize and appreciate the sacrifices made by our veterans. On a day dedicated to honoring their service, it is disheartening to see such a lack of support and inconsistency in the offer.
I urge you to reconsider this decision and provide the full offer as intended. Veterans deserve to be celebrated and valued, and it’s crucial that your establishment reflects that commitment.

I have never been less impressed with this restaurant, I ordered food on the app and then came in to get it, I sat at the front of the store for 15 mins and didn't even get acknowledged by staff,
The servers did a fantastic job, and we got our food super fast. But our wings were dry and cold, the burger was cold, and our patty melt was bland and room temperature.

My service was really great as opposed to my food was just not up to par. Ordered the classic carribian jerk traditional wings and they came out boneless wings with medium sauce. I was extremely thrown off. I t tired to take one more the team and not complain but even these were not good. Was barely room temp and the wrong order. Was truly confused because no one was at this location barely the time we were eating here.
