They should train there employees better my shakes were completely melted my food was burnt and cold I had to keep asking for my drinks and they still never gave them to me I won't be going back

My mom and 3 kids were there yesterday I ordered a burger combo meal. They all got icecream and I had also got a snack. All the icecream we got was great. Food tasted Great that I had but about 3 to 4 hours later I didn't feel good and got sick puking on and off for over 2 hours. I'm not discrediting I know the food was cooked appropriately. But I believe the meat needs checked to see if it's passed expiration or wasn't stored properly.

Went through drive thru had to repeat my order 4 times cause all they could say was "WHAT". WENT INSIDE had to repeat my order 4 more times to the manager on duty and again the response was "WHAT" how can this place stay in business with such sad service? From now on I'll drive to celina because their place is amazing worth the gas not to deal with illiterates. Shame it's about the pay check instead of the customer bet those who were working tonight wouldn't put up with this behavior either. Took my money and left.

This is not a real Dairy Queen. It is a home town ice cream place using the Dairy Queen name. Most Dairy Queen food options are not available. Blizzards are about the only thing this place has in common with a real Dairy Queen.

if people pay for extra toppings, make sure you add the extra toppings. last time i got a hot fudge sunday i got normal amount and asked for extra, this time i got a few drizzles on top after saying “make sure there is extra hot fudge please”. these kids either need to listen better or not even be at the window.

I visit this st marys dq a lot and they have really went down hill you will wait a long time for someone to even say anything at all on the speaker and then wait longer for then to actually take your order and wait again for the preparation of the food. Then the food is very low quality and the ice cream is runny.

Service was good time was good..I ordered a large chicken meal and three of my 4 tenders equalled the size of one of my kids kids meal tenders. I thought It was out outrageous for two scoop hot dogs but I guess at least I'll be full first time at dq in almost two years and no coming back soon

We stopped in for some quick ice cream in the middle of the day on a saturday. There were a few people in front of us but the employees got through them pretty quickly. There isn't much of an atmosphere as I think there's only a table or two inside. There's a few more outside you can enjoy if the weather is nice.
