The older lady answering the phone on 12-9-'24 afternoon of Saint Mary's needs a reality check. She doesn't seem to know what she's doing and will literally charge you when you say extra but there's even less than regular! I called about it and she gave me BS on the phone about it. If not intentional, I'm not sure. Never had such a skimpy pizza before. Disappointing. I like Domino's normally though. Just frustrated when I called earlier about being charged for nothing. Maybe a bad day.

Ordered online an food was delivered. However our tots were burnt an there wasn't the drizzle of the garlic sauce on top. Called up there an a driver answered an I told him the problem an he said that's how there suppose to be. I asked for manager an she offered to remake them an get them out to me. The driver showed up an beat on my door like the cops an delivered another batch that was cold an drenched on top like a lake with sauce. Oh an they were cold, not hot like there suppose to be. Never ordering from dominoes again! Very disappointed ?

Usually get really good food fast and fresh. Lately, I've gotten their Chicken Alfredo with very little or no Alfredo sauce on it. I talked to the daytime manager and he said he has told them about it. In the meantime he made me an order at no charge and apologized for the other orders.

I hate to give a 2 rating but the pizza we got today (delivery) was awful. It started with whoever was taking the order. Not sure the person was real interested. When itwas delivered and we opened it to eat saw that it was burnt.The crust was so burnt you couldn't bite in to it. The cheese on top was burnt also. Threw most of it out. Usually love the pizzas & service. Not so today.

Ordered online for pick up. The food was fresh and hot when I picked it up. The pizza was delicious and the bread bites were nice and buttery just how we like them. St Mary's Domino's never disappoints.

I live out of state so as a thank you to Nursing staff, who takes care of my 90 yr old father, I wanted to treat them with a pizza delivery. Dominoes in the area I live in has always produced a good product, with good customer service.Apparently there was an issue with the delivery. The Manager, Diane, called me and proceeded to rudely tell me that they were never doing that again. She never let me get in a word as she constantly spoke to me like I was a child. Too bad she never learned Customer Service as it could have been handled much differently.There are lots of pizza places in the area, I think I’ll consider those the next time I want to do something nice.
