My boyfriend and I decided to try Friendly's for lunch today for the first time, we ordered the chicken chunks and pulled pork fries to share. Both were really delicious and fresh, our waitress was also extremely nice! I will definitely be returning to try a few more things off the menu. Just keep in mind that it's unfortunately not wheelchair accessible because of the step to get in the door and the only seating being raised booths and high top tables. my boyfriend was able to help me into the door and get me into a booth to eat comfortably but a lot of wheelchair users don't have that option.

Our very first visit to Friendly Tavern was a super pleasant experience made possible by our server, Abby.
I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and it was insane! So good I even ordered one to go for my son. My wife ordered the Texas toast BLT and loved it, and my daughter had chicken tenders with hand cut fries.
We were in town for other business and just happened upon this great little tavern. But we'll be planning a trip to St. Marys soon just to dine here!

I had one of the Thursday specials (available 4pm-8pm), pulled pork on a bun served with cornbread & 2 sides. I chose the potato salad and coleslaw. Everything was delicious! Our waitress was Breanna, who was exceptionally upbeat & friendly and did a great job serving us! My husband had the half rack baby back rib dinner (another Thursday special) with cornbread, baked beans & potato salad. The ribs were so meaty & delicious, and the dinner was more than he could eat in one sitting (yay for rib snacks tomorrow!). I'll have to go back another time just for a piece of hummingbird cake.

We were visiting St Mary's and asked where to get some food. A guy recommended the Friendly Tavern. My wife had the pulled pork, my Mother-in-law and I had bacon cheese burger. The food was great, service excellent and we loved the music playlist. We will be back for sure!

After walking the path by the lake with my wife, we decided to grab a bite to eat, although they were very busy our waitress was very prompt to take our drink order and get our order in! Tenderloin was fantastic. All around great meal!
We ordered an appetizer, and our food came out before our appetizer. We then asked to cancel the appetizer. the appetizer was still brought to our table. And we were charged for the appetizer that was not brought out as a appetizer. Then we were told we needed to leave And not come back ever again. We. Frequent this establishment 2 to 3 times a month. We never make a scene. We never get loud. This is ridiculous when the establishment made the error. Will not recommend this place to anyone! Poor management. When asked if we wanted to speak to a manager regarding this we said yes. After waiting for 10 minutes then we are told the manager is too busy to come out and talk to us.

YUM!! We had a pizza and garlic knots while in town camping before the eclipse - OMG - it was amazing. The pizza was the BEST I’ve had outside of good ol’ New York. If you haven’t, give this place a try. We were NOT disappointed! Beautiful interior too! Staff friendly and helpful. Wish we would have been staying longer to try some more items!
