Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

I have been twice recently and both have been just fine.

Twice in a week I ordered home style bowls online and when I show up they don't even have corn to put on them. I'd understand if I ordered 100 pieces of chicken but no corn that could be microwaved in second is pathetic. Maybe they should stop bs'ing in the back and acting like people who order online are trying to steal food they could be a real quality option in town.

Fast and friendly service and great food.

Workers were to busy in the back to get simple stuff. When condiments were given they were dispensed like they were last ketchup and hot sauce on earth. 55$ for 16pc and can’t even get a cup of water. Five years ago lees on a Saturday evening had more customers than just us and I’m guessing they have been priced out of this this establishment just as we have been. Other than this and dry chicken everything was great.

Great food, biscuits were delicious definitely better than KFC. The chicken was very good. If you are looking for a good place to eat come to Lee’s Famous Chicken.

We stopped by on the 4th of July and purchased a 12 piece meal. Our chicken was perfectly cooked, the biscuits were fluffy and buttery (much better than KFC's biscuits). Our sides of mac and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, and mashed potatoes and gravy were all fresh and very good. The customer service was prompt and courteous. We had a wonderful picnic with family at Lake St. Marys.

Was my first time visiting this Lee's famous recipe in St Marys Ohio. I put in my order and before I could turn around and look who was coming in the door the lady said here you go sir your food's ready hot fast and good

This place was good when they reopened, but the last two visits have been bad. I went 2 weeks ago on a Friday night, got a 3 piece dinner and the chicken was old and gross. Decided to try again today as every place has a bad day, and the chicken was just as bad, if not worse. Everything tasted old, stale, and super tough. Even the biscuit was too tough to eat. Not worth the $20 I spent.

I'm done with this place.
They do me wrong for a couple extra dollars in their pocket..it's bad business to charge for special request and be scolded for it. I'm just done with them. Disappointing for sure

Our family loves Lee's chicken. However, when we order it sends like they combine fresh and old chicken. It's quite frustrating. It's happened many times. Tonight we order a large jumbo dippers to share... the first half were hot and juicy. The bottom half were hard and dried out. The only time I get all fresh strips or dippers is when they first open.
