Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

The chicken has changed in taste. It was very greasie.

Who charges a fee for using a card?? Get with the times or get left behind

Was my first time visiting this Lee's famous recipe in St Marys Ohio. I put in my order and before I could turn around and look who was coming in the door the lady said here you go sir your food's ready hot fast and good

This place was good when they reopened, but the last two visits have been bad. I went 2 weeks ago on a Friday night, got a 3 piece dinner and the chicken was old and gross. Decided to try again today as every place has a bad day, and the chicken was just as bad, if not worse. Everything tasted old, stale, and super tough. Even the biscuit was too tough to eat. Not worth the $20 I spent.

I'm done with this place.
They do me wrong for a couple extra dollars in their pocket..it's bad business to charge for special request and be scolded for it. I'm just done with them. Disappointing for sure

Our family loves Lee's chicken. However, when we order it sends like they combine fresh and old chicken. It's quite frustrating. It's happened many times. Tonight we order a large jumbo dippers to share... the first half were hot and juicy. The bottom half were hard and dried out. The only time I get all fresh strips or dippers is when they first open.

This lees is so poorly run. It's sad. They make you pay more if you use a card now, the people that work there hate their job, not one knows how to smile and then if you go when they first open, it takes them several minutes to get to the window i just sat at the speaker after it played their little sales pitch for 5 min with no one coming to take a order, I'll never come back to this lees again.

We decided to go to Lee's last evening, the counter person ask if the food was for here or to go. Then he says we only have 8 minutes until the dining room closes. We'll there were people in front of us that went to sit in the dining room to eat. Then he says well we close the dining room a half hour early on Sundays. That was not on the front door either. The counter person did not seem if he cared if we were there or not. If he treats everyone like that, they won't be open long. I will NOT go back and we go there once a month at least. We were going to dine in, eat dinner, spend between $50 and $100, and get something to go. Customer service 101, smile!!

Parking: Saint Mary's , also they need to put the order right side up. Instead of horizontal. And make sure they get side orders right as well. Mash potatoes and Cole slaw was mine. Daughter was mac an cheese an green beans. Well she got the same I got. Other than that meal was great.
