What a joke of an establishment. Try to call in a pizza at 2pm and they let there phone transfer to india which makes it impossible to understand and after 15 minutes of the indian lady and getting nowhere fast i drove to the store to order it in person and as im walking in to a very non busy restaurant i can hear staffin the back shouting cuss words. First thing i asked staff is if all there calls route to india automatically and he claimed "yeah they do because i never answer the phone here in store. Now wouldnt you think itd be nice to the customer if on at a nonbusy time youd do your job at least subpar enough to answer a phone for an order if all your staff is doing is standing around shouting curse words at eachother? Idk but they lost my business untill they get some decent management that delegates properly and considers the customer first. Ended up not ordering at all due to rudeness i received at the register

Ordered a pizza for delivery and asked for it to be cooked well done. The house I ordered to is .4 miles from the store. It showed up 25 minutes late and warm at best. On top of that, instead of being well done it was the opposite. Undercooked and doughy. I tipped close to $7 prior to receiving my pizza. Y’all are the only Pizza Hut in town in a place with so few decent pizza places. Take pride in what you do and ensure people get what they are paying for. We’ve all had jobs as such. I’m uncertain if this is because of incompetence or a lack of caring.
Thank you to Matt for getting our order out and on time. It was a big order and done to perfectionary. This guy always got it going on. Thank you. We be back.

Pizza Hut is a nice place to get away from it all. I normally eat in because of the quiet atmosphere, and the friendly service. While the food is being prepared I have time to catch up on what's happening with the family.

Matt? took care of my order and did a Great job tonight. I added wings to my order and he quickly got them together in less time than expected. The best experience I’ve had with a Pizza Hut ever this employee needs to be kept at all cost.
When I saw that Matt was back, I knew it was time to give Pizza Hut another go! My order was done 5 minutes early, the food was hot and hit the spot!
