It is nothing like what the pictures look like online. Very ran down and we were so itchy from sitting in the booth. Very dusty n dirty. The worst restraunt I've ever been to. I'm not sure what happens but plz close ur doors. We got our pop n left after waiting 35 minutes n food still was not done. I felt very dirty leaving this place I hope they can improve.

This place has went down hill so bad we have been there three times and they where out of food.... must have differnt owner because it use to be a good place to go eat with good food.....it's very sad now

Fun place. We must have caught them on the day before food delivery. They were missing a few menu items Settled on the Ruben. Pretty good. Lots of fries.

This place has gone soooo far downhill in the last couple years. Full of disgruntled employees who act like you’re an inconvenience for even eating here.
On a Sunday morning, our group ate here after hunting. We sat down, ordered our drinks, and they were out of Rootbeer. Which normally wouldn’t annoy me so much, but them running out of things has been an ongoing problem the last several times we’ve ate there. Get your shit together with ordering product. Two girls in our group ordered a tenderloin. The waitress TOLD them they were going to split one because they only have 1 left. Didn’t ask, she told them that. Then, she had a CUSTOMER hand us our drinks. After giving her our food order, time went by, and she came back to our table and told us they were out of even more stuff we’d ordered. My husband ordered a tenderloin with hot pepper cheese balls, and they were out of both of those. So he ordered a hamburger with mozzarella sticks. His burger came on white bread, no bun. Must’ve been out of that too. And never got his mozzarella sticks. Another guy at our table was shorted a pancake, when he told the waitress this, she was visibly annoyed with him and said, “Well I can get you another one, but it’s going to be a bit.” And rolled her eyes. When my husband went to pay his bill, she asked if he got his mozzarella sticks. He said no, and she laughed about it. To top it all off, the food they did get was greasy and mostly burnt.
This place just needs to close down so someone else who knows what they’re doing can buy it. The waitress with short hair and annoying voice needs to go. She’s the absolute worst thing about this place. And there’s a lot wrong, so that’s saying something.

Grumpy people working there. They must be selling this place because they acted like they didn’t even want me in the place. Not a place for a random stop, not friendly unless you’re a regular.

There were gnats BAD! I know they are near the water and gnats can be anywhere but... I should not have to battle with them for my food. Honestly if the group I was with would not have insisted on staying I would have left before I ordered. The food wasn't bad but I worried how many gnats I was ingesting the entire time. Would not say you should not consider the place as again the food wasn't bad but ONLY if they get the gnat infestation resolved.

Visiting family. First visit to Rustic. They were super busy due to a number of events in the area. The staff was awesome, taking excellent care of us and the other patient customers. Food was good!
