Horrible customer service messed my order up on many occasions and double charged me for an order. Unwilling to provide corporate number or give a coupon cuz their ovens shut down at 830 yet they still serve food but unable to toast. Worst subway ever!

DONT GO TO FORTMAN DRIVE SUBWAY!!!! Dude with the tattoos is acting like he is in his prime time, pacing the store with his jaw yapping and no hands moving on the bread. Thennn the manager is inside this time and lets this dude follow me up and down the subway line staring and talking like he wants to cause fights so she hands me the order (he’s mumbling he wants to hit me cause he don’t like me as an individual) the manager hands me the dash food order. He acts like he can be like this towards delivery drivers or customers, I don’t want your food this is a dash, I will contact dash and let them know you guys can’t cooperate with their delivery drivers. Doubt it’ll help but contacting corp is not able nor management that cares

Turn the lights off and locked the door 30+ mins before close I was I walking up to the door. Group of teens hanging out inside still with the worker (blonde girl with a red sweater). Never had something like that happen. Maybe she should work at party Mart if she wants to party at work.

Pretty gross. Bread wasn't cooked long enough, lettuce was brown and mushy. Pop machine not working at all. Line was dirty. The two teenagers working were very nice though.
