One of your employees crossed a serious line. A customer raised a valid food safety concern about gloves not being changed after handling money. Instead of addressing the issue, the employee escalated it by loudly making a false and offensive comment about him in front of others.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be humiliated or slandered for pointing out a basic health and safety concern. Management needs to address this immediately, because this goes far beyond poor service.

Got a cheese quesadilla and there was only cheese on half of it. And the lady at the window didnt say single word the entire time. She just glarred at us. The weordest interaction i have ever had. Made me so uncomfortable.

Sunday night on the 14th, on our way back from Pennsylvania to Indiana, me and my partner ordered taco bell and had the most violent food poisoning from this place. My partner is hypoglycemic and collapsed when I was asleep after throwing up and would have died had they not found the strength to get up to get to their glucose. I am appalled that someone who works in food would not prepare the food to safety standards, because of this, they could have killed someone. I am also out two days of pay because I had to call in because I was throwing up and shitting for two days.

Waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes no one to take your order the lady at drive through said they were taking care of all their door dash orders first. Crappy service not happy The only reason I Waited so long I was hungry for taco bell. Should of gone to celina ohio taco bell better service and better food. Not to return I had 5 cars sitting behind me the never got Waited on when I left

Website says they close at 4 AM. Arrived at 12:48. Sat in line for 10 minutes before employee said they were closing at 1 AM and weren't taking any more orders at 12 58.
Top 5 worst drive thrus all time😭 Every time I come here something is holding up the drive thru, it won’t even be busy and people are just waiting at this speaker for 20+ minutes no exaggeration

This was the worst Taco Bell experience ever! We were going to order at the counter, however, after 15 minutes of standing there and nobody coming over to take our order. As well as swearing and loud music was coming from the back. We ordered on the kiosk. About 10-15 minutes went by and still no food. Eventually an employee came over and told us they had no rice. I politely asked to just get a refund since they had not started making our order and most of the order included rice. The female then decided to call me some things and cuss me out. As well as announcing she will “slap the attitude out of me”. This is absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed in this location, will not return.

1 star on EVERYTHING because literally EVERYTHING WAS BAD. I waited 15 whole minutes from order to bag not to mention the wrap around line that was ALREADY SITTING HERE. Finally get my food- ITEMS MISSING. They want me to go back around and sit ANOTHER 15 minutes for a missing item?? No way, wanted to go in but GUESS WHAT?? They LOCKED THE DOORS BECAUSE THERE WERE TOO MANY DRIVE THROUGH CUSTOMERS.
