Real good food, not enough workers or delivery drivers sometimes. Online website treats you like you're ordering delivery online but you're not, you're actually ordering to pick it up, and pay in store. All you guys have to do is let me use PayPal or my card on your site then anyone could easily order from y'all, even for delivery. At least tell us it's for pickup only before we put all of our order in.

We silvered out food at 5:12pm and it took them an hour and half to get our food and it was on the warmer for about 45 minutes definitely not eating here again period
Called after an hour (was told 25 mins) and they tried to say I placed it for pickup… they wouldn’t let me tip driver on the phone either as they said they closed the order too fast. Talked to manager and never had a sorry or offer for a coupon. Just that it was my fault and I could take a pizza cold 1 hr and a half late or a hot pizza 2 hours late. (My guests would be leaving in 30 mins)

I've stayed off the hater bandwagon for awhile. Couple weeks ago I had to wait 25 minutes past my time for a pick-up. Today I went to get my pick-up and it wasn't even started. "Tickets weren't printing", common sense would say to write it out. This place is pathetic anymore.
