Called after an hour (was told 25 mins) and they tried to say I placed it for pickup… they wouldn’t let me tip driver on the phone either as they said they closed the order too fast. Talked to manager and never had a sorry or offer for a coupon. Just that it was my fault and I could take a pizza cold 1 hr and a half late or a hot pizza 2 hours late. (My guests would be leaving in 30 mins)

I've stayed off the hater bandwagon for awhile. Couple weeks ago I had to wait 25 minutes past my time for a pick-up. Today I went to get my pick-up and it wasn't even started. "Tickets weren't printing", common sense would say to write it out. This place is pathetic anymore.

1.5 hours later and my 6 tacos still have not been delivered. I'm 4 minutes away. I know I can just "pick it up" but I shouldn't have to. I ordering DELIVERY. Too bad Eric left, it used to be good.They eventually showed up after 2 hours. The driver was very understanding and took the items back for me. I tipped him for his time.

Very convenient to the lake and campgrounds on the south part of the lake. We have been renovating a house and stop here often for a slice of pizza and a fountain drink. Prices are good, pizza is tasty. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I stop at least twice a week for the past 2 months. I now make with part of my drive when working on the renovation.

Ordered a pizza at 9:15, I called at 10:20, was assured it was out for delivery, called back at 10:45, was told it was still out for delivery, only 1 driver and they were new? Showed up at 10:50 cold...if I was told that when I called that it may take awhile for delivery I could have picked it up....please be upfront with your customers! Very disappointing...
