Ordered a well done pizza…. The crust is half raw…. Ordered the “loaded fries” no tomatoes. I got fries sprinkled with onion, a side of cheese sauce and a packet of sour cream where’s the bacon?…..ordered two subs, got one. The sub was the only thing worth eating. Not impressed. Do better guys!

Our travel baseball team had planned an outing at Kiser Lake this past weekend with pizzas ordered from Jim’s to be delivered. The weather did not cooperate with our planned time so Jim’s graciously offered to host our entire team! So thankful for this “Plan B” for our players. The pizza was delicious and everyone had more than enough. Thank you again for hosting us!

we eat jims quite often.. love it !! quick delivery , hot tastey food , and never been dissatisfied with the customer service... id definitely say im a regular
I ordered a pizza for my kids over the phone while enroute to Jim's pizza stopped there and paid cash for my order left a 6 dollar tip to drive .5 miles to my house to get home and find out my 10yo paid the driver again 15 dollars I got home a few hrs after it was delivered and never received one phone call to say that my order was over paid I had to go back to the pizza shop and ask for my child's money back and was asked when she opened the door what I wanted and knew what I was there for but continued to play it off while she knew she was wrong that's not a professional way to do business with the public and was very wrong to take a childs money that they earned and try to keep it if it was not for me going back to the shop no one NO ONE would have said anything and stole right from my family so I gave a 1 start review but a 5 star review for the food it'self which is the best pizza in town SMH...

Two times in A ROW that I have ordered from here it has taken almost two hours to get my food! We live four miles up the road. I waited an hour and called and they had the audacity to tell me it just went in the oven. Not only is their food and delivery fees becoming over the top now they think they have all night to make someone one large two topping pizza! Never again! I will make the drive to Top hat, better food, better vibe and better customer service. If you’re going to eat here you better go in person or pick it up or order it three hours a head so you can have your food in a timely manner. Never again!!!

This place makes the best personal pizzas! I called in and ordered a personal build your own pizza and their chicken alfredo pasta. Just after a short 15 minutes, our food was ready and boy was it delicious!

I ordered a pizza from Jim’s and went in to pick it up. The owner was not being professional. She was rude to customers and even the workers. The pizza was supposed to be just pepperoni and there ended up being ham on it. When I said that I didn’t get ham on it I just got looked at like I was crazy. I’ll be calling better business bureau.
