This place makes the best personal pizzas! I called in and ordered a personal build your own pizza and their chicken alfredo pasta. Just after a short 15 minutes, our food was ready and boy was it delicious!

I ordered a pizza from Jim’s and went in to pick it up. The owner was not being professional. She was rude to customers and even the workers. The pizza was supposed to be just pepperoni and there ended up being ham on it. When I said that I didn’t get ham on it I just got looked at like I was crazy. I’ll be calling better business bureau.

The price is absolutely way too high the food is okay they charge you three times more than you should have I would rather go to Pappy's and get twice the pizza for half the cost to pay and it tastes better

We used to get Jim’s pretty often and have never had a problem out of them until today when I called after one ring my phone call kept getting sent to voicemail so after 3 time of that I decided was going to *67 my number so it came up no caller ID and you guessed it they picked up the phone so then to place an order they asked me for my phone number and asked if it was pick up or delivery and I told them pick up the guy working there said he needed to place me on hold he came back on the phone and told me they could no longer deliver to our address due to us not tipping enough when they deliver and apparently this was in the notes under our account, which actually baffles me. So I told him okay well it’s for pick up and went about with my order after placing my order he then said once again this is for pick up correct I said yes and asked him if there was anyway they could bring it out to my car when I arrived he told me if I called in when I got there that they would, which I appreciated but for them to say we don’t tip enough is ridiculous so we will not be back.

Crust is good, not overcooked, not too thick & taste good. Sause was just right, not to heavy or too sweet. toppings and cheese are generous but not too much, sausage is good quality. Timing is just as they say. Best pizza in this state we have found. Also, people there are nice.
