Ordered online went didn't get my mozzarella sticks had them cook fresh ones guy dumped all the old stuff into the basket I still got old sticks. My fench dip had lacking meat and my bun was all torn up. They also microwaved the French dip and it turned to rubber. Employees are smart mouths and could care less it more annoyed them that I had anything to requestThe reply from arbys owner does not work.
I ordered a half pound roast beef and got a half pound beef and cheddar instead. This was the first time my fries were burnt and they did not look like a large size. Don't apologize, show it by giving me my money back.
