I’m not usually someone to leave a review, especially a negative one, but we had terrible service. Not only did the waiter mess up several parts of our order, but we waited for 50 minutes before our appetizer came. I ordered a side salad and other tables that came much later than us got served their side salads while I never got mine. My husband had to have our drinks refilled at the bar. After 1hr and 10 minutes we finally got our food. Our bill was also incorrect.

Awesome!! Great helpings on our GET Out and Dine menu. We are seniors and it's enough we have half to carry home for lunch the next day. The roast Angus beef is a generous helping, guaranteed to please.

Visited BB Rooners for the first time since becoming gluten sensitive and was resigned to the fact that I would order a salad. I was beyond excited to see they offer a gluten free bun now as well as an updated regular menu. I ordered the black and bleu burger and as the waitress delivered our orders said the chef left off the onion straws due to the gluten (wow! because believe it or not a lot of places are unaware or don’t care) Oddly I can eat gluten if it’s deep fried and not a regular occurrence. So she brought the onion straws in a separate bowl. My burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was soft and didn’t fall apart like many gluten free buns do. My husband ordered the Quaker burger and he says it was good as well. Also noticed a plant-based burger on the menu.

Food is usually good IF you can get waited on. We were there 8/10, had to find someone to get menus, finally got them and placed our drink order after 30 plus minutes of no drinks not even water, we left. Service is below a 1 star rating. And this is not the first time that this has happened. We have in the past frequented BBs after this last visit we won’t be back and will be sure to let others know about their poor service.

Not the usual experience. When we first arrived, we sat at a table for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We ended up moving because we were told not too many people sit here. Two items we tried to order, they were sold out. I ordered french onion soup and it was so salty, I could barely eat it. There was no broth in the soup. It was just a bowl of croutons with a little soup poured over it and not very much cheese. My husband ordered ribs and they were burnt ribs covered in sauce. I'm not sure what happened here, but is not even near what it used to be

Have usually had a good experience here but this time was drastically different. Took forever for the server to come to our table, then took our drink order. Came back ready to get our food order 10 mins later without bringing drinks. Got our food order in with our drinks and our first pitcher came out just before our food finally did. The pitcher was extremely small and the service was slow. Food was overcooked and misplaced ordered. One member of our group got chips instead of fries and she got no cheese or mayo as per the order. The pitcher sat empty for 15 minutes before the server realized our table was due for a round. He finally came by after talking to his co workers and got us another pitcher and never paid attention to our group member who was drinking tea. The entire night she never was offered or got a refill on her tea. Overall not pleased with our experience at BB’s tonight and may have to reconsider where we come into town next. Also currently have been sitting with no drinks empty food plates waiting on our check for over 20 minutes as he continues to socialize with coworkers instead of paying attention to his paying customers… another waitress Zoey even offered her help more than our own waiter offered to help us.
