Horrible service. My wife and I went in for supper And we were met by a large group of people standing near the kiosk. One customer informed us that they would not take orders at the registers only at the kiosk. We tried to put our order in on the kiosk, but it would not take one of the items. I approached the counter and tried to get the attention of one of the two people standing there, and they both stood with their backs towards the customers. I asked, one of the customers who was waiting on their food if the staff was allowed to speak to us? So I gave it one more shot at the kiosk, and once again it did not work. I tried one more time at to get the attention of one of the people behind the counter, who are still just standing there leaning With no luck. So we decided if they don’t care if we are there it was time for us to leave and go eat somewhere else. Both of the people behind the register looked as though they would be managers or assistant managers. We understand the use of the kiosk , but if they are not working properly, there has to be some interaction with the staff. I wonder how many people like us just walked out. You could ask their management, but obviously they don’t know because they never turned around to see if anybody needed anything. No way to run a business .

First, there is no ordering at the counter, and you have to scroll through the kiosk to find what you want. Second, after paying an arm, a leg, and a left nut for the food, I did not get 4 items, and a double cheese burger ended up being a single hamburger. When I went back to the counter to let them know about the missing items, they were snobby and looked at me like I was lying. I was trying to tell her everything I was missing, and she said in a snobby ton, "Hold on." Third, I got a combo fry and onion ring and got 2 onion rings, seriously! Fourth, I had a hair on one of my onion rings! Fifth, the tables and playground are disgusting in the play area. It seems obvious the manager and owner of the establishment in Salem ohio do not care for the customers. You might as well sell the building to another business that this town can benefit from.

Was there on 11/29 and ordered my food through the app 20 minutes ahead choosing 12 as a pick up time. When I arrived at 12:05 the food was not ready and no one even greeted me. After several minutes I got someone's attention and he asked my order name then tossed the bag at me without even a sorry. The same employee then told the people behind me that if "you need food you have to use the kiosks, we are self service now". They were also waiting for their 12 o'clock app orders. It was ridiculous and rude. I ordered ahead because I get a limited amount of time for lunch and use the app for convenience.

Came here Sunday 11/5/23 for supper with my husband. Upon leaving like most used the restroom. Used the larger stall and saw feces and blood on the toilet paper dispenser. Came back again tonight 11/11/23 and the same blood is on the toilet paper dispenser. Took a picture but, can't seem to be able to show it but, corporate will also know how filthy and how nobody seems to clean. Management doesn't seem to watch or check staff. Bad Job! Negative stars!

Ordered a whopper Jr, no tomato, of course, got a huge slice of tomato. The onion rings were cold. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. I've been to this BK 3 times and three times the same thing. I like BK, will never stop at this one again. I called and she hung up on me.

Ghost Pepper Whopper is darn good. Just the right amount of spice to kick Wendy's ghost pepper chicken sandwich outta the park. Quick & friendly customer service thru the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Has a playground for the kids (10yo & under). Can host small kids Birthday parties as we did with our girls when they were younger.
