Ordered the deluxe, online. It was delivered by DD The pizza was so doughy that I had to put it in our oven and bake it to even be able to pick it up . It was a mess!!!!!

Food is always good, but I'm curious why I was charged a service fee to order an online pickup through ChowNow for 1 pizza? It won't stop me from ordering I'm just curious because I've heard of that for delieveries but not a pickup

First time ordering from here personally and I was not impressed.I ordered doordash and they never confirmed the order. My dasher Lynn was very nice and updated me. It showed up nice and warm and smelled good.It smelled good and was edible. Basic meh pizza. The crust was ok but not great. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a premade crust they slap out. I personally think it needed more cheese. Sauce was good, and there was a good amount... not too much or too little. Price was the big one to me. $20 for this garbage? (Half sheet with pepperoni) That's crazy in my mind. I've had way better for roughly the same. Actually a whole tray for that price that way better.My girlfriend lives in Salem. She told me to avoid this place, i should have listened. I love pizza, especially square cut pizza. I'm from south of Pittsburgh and there's a bunch of great pizza places all over. Pizza in Salem in general I've found to be pretty slacking. It's rather sad.

Ordered lunch togo today. Philly chicken grinder and green bean fries. The grinder had raw onions on them, not even slightly cooked at all. They changed their fried green beans and they are so incredibly spicy I am not able to eat them at all. Total bummer to waste the money on them. They should definitely tell customers of spicy products when they switch so they don't order them if not able to even eat them.
