Their Blizzards are by far the worst! Every other Dairy Queen we go to their blizzards actually have flavor. Salem is very lacking in their flavor its like they purposely try and be cheap skates and put very little to no flavor in them. Such a waste and shame to pay that much for so minimum. We will drive to columbiana from now on. This has been multiple occasions now not just once.

Normally not one to complain, but they need to learn better customer service skills, dude in the drive thru didn’t even let us finish talking and the girl at the second window jus was not giving a happy interaction. was not very welcoming.

We had a great experience at this DQ on a Sunday midday. We stopped in around lunch to kill an hour by grabbing a couple drinks and a snack. We walked in to find no line. We ordered and took a seat. Our order was delivered within 5 min. The drinks were cold and the chicken tender meal piping hot. The fries were excellent. The chicken a bit dry but they got my special dipping sauce order right. So this wasn't high cuisine but the service was friendly, the place was clean ( including restrooms) and the food fresh and hot. What more can you want from a DQ?

Your hamburgers were cold your. Miracle's guest, smartmouth wouldn't refund. The money acted like a fool and I'll never go back there. And I have to still have the receipt number.

I recently stopped by and ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge sauce, the girl working there told me that the hot fudge only comes in one temperature. 🤦🏻
Extremely disappointed with the cake I bought for my son’s birthday . I called Monday and placed a cake order for pick up Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and they did not have my son’s cake ready. So doing what I could I got a premade one from their freezer and they decorated it for me . Which I do think was nice of them to do. HOWEVER, the cake I got was terribly made. 90% vanilla no cookie crumble middle and 10% chocolate. For a $30+ dollar cake you would expect a better quality. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed

I'm gonna start this by saying that I almost never have a problem at this Dairy Queen. My food is almost always ready to go and hot. I placed an online order around 10:53am this morning. It was to be done by 11:05am. I arrived at the establishment about 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be done and found out that my order was still being made. They said the tenders still needed to be made. No big deal. They weren't really all that busy at all but things happen. 15-20 minutes later, multiple drive thru orders later, which included tenders, I finally get my order. The time I have for my lunch is practically over at this point. I arrived back at my job only to then find out that my order was wrong. The tenders basket was fine. My triple flamethrower burger was a double, and instead of cheese curds, I have fries and a random tartar sauce? Not to mention that the burger and fries were cold from them sitting so long. So I paid extra for food I didn't receive. Can't really say I'm too happy with this experience.

Went in for a dine in, when we got our food it was bagged as a to order, food was cold,wife went for a hot fudge sundae,it was melted into almost complete liquid in about in not not more than 5 min. Good place to get cold food and melted ice cream.......
