The workers are very nice. When they first opened I never had an issue with my orders. Now almost Everytime I go my order is messed up. If I request extra whatever I expect the extra stuff as I'm being charged for the extra stuff. I also don't appreciate paying 7 dollars for a medium blizzard and toppings are not even added and half the cup is empty. And trying to call to tell them is impossible. Ordered a turtle pecan blizzard. It was terrible. No Caramel, very few, if any pieces of pecan. So runny it was like a milkshake. Took it in and the girl said it's a blizzard that's how it is. I said no I had one here 2 summers ago that was amazing. The difference was 1-10, 10 being the one I had before. She gave me a small sundae instead per my request. It was sub par at best. Won't be back.

Blizzards barely have anything in them, candy on top but nothing past that. Literally paying for vanilla ice cream in a cup. Has happened 4 times in a row now. Disappointing for how much they are
