How is this a WELL DONE PIZZA!! ?? I called up there an even asked if they could push the pizza back because I have put on the order that I would like my pizza well done an I get this?? An how is this a 3 topping pan pizza?!! I worked at a dominos a couple months ago in Vidalia, Georgia. My pizzas an how my dominos ran there store was 100% better. Never ordering here again.

It takes forever to get through on the telephone line, especially on Sundays. Have tried 12 times and so far No one answers busy. The online ordering does not allow to add menu items on the pizza, so, why order it online??!! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Let’s just start with saying I ALWAYS order from here ON THE APP! So like always I did so today, my order was in quantity check from 4:25pm till about 5:00pm. Figured maybe they just didn’t update the app which was fine. At 5:10 I started getting frustrated as to why I haven’t received my pizza. Looked at the tracker and it showed delivered. I waited a few minutes as it’s said delivered before but took them an extra minute or two to actually get to my house/door. After 10 minutes of waiting I tried to call 7 times. Finally on the 8th time I got to speak to someone and not a robot. During this time I got an email saying my order was cancelled. The lady I spoke to told me they tried to call me 10 times with no answer which was not true. I never got a call. She then told me the house number wasn’t on my order which again, I order the same way everytime and I double checked it was there. I told her I’d come down and we can sort it out but at this point I want my pizza remade. She was willing to remake it but was blaming me for this mess and told me I’d have to pay again. Now I don’t mind paying, but I think it’s only fair to have something done as clearly their app malfunctioned somewhere. (Like I said I always order this way and have never had an issue). That wasn’t an option so I told them to keep the pizza have a great dinner and I’ll be eating elsewhere. Needless to say, just call and order or go in to save yourself the mess I had to deal with.

I love this Domino's. The food is always fresh and very tasty. The service is always fantastic, too. Honestly, I believe that if they had to, the delivery drivers would commondeer a helicopter as a means to get your order to you on time. Thanks for the spectacular service!

The service is terrible. The sanitation practices are horrific! Employees walk right in the front door and do not wash their hands and immediately start working. The tracker says that food will be ready in 10 minutes and you wait 45 minutes to an hour!

My pizza was burnt, brownie burnt, and the rest of it wasn’t the quality that it usually is. Drivers Jason and Brittany went above and beyond to try and fix the mistakes that the other employees made. My boyfriend tried to pick up a scheduled order, and the staff was in the back chit chatting while he waited for someone to greet him, then Brittany came back from a delivery and instantly took care of our order however it was still 20 minutes past the pickup time. When we got home, the pizza and brownie were burnt, so I called to get it remade and spoke to Jason. The rest of the staff was rude and treated me like I was stupid, until Jason came back from a delivery and tried to fix the issue.

I placed an order around 10 after 4, figuring it would be early enough to beat the evening rush. Estimated delivery time was around 43 minutes, which was a bit long considering how close I live but no big deal.

An hour and a half later, my order finally arrived. I'd been watching the order tracker they have on their website, and the food had been finished cooking for exactly an hour before it actually got to my door. When I did finally get to eat the crust for both pizza and cheesy bread was tough and overcooked, having clearly been reheated.
