Got a hot coffee and the coffee tastes like it's 2 days old, my old fashion donut was stale, and my loaded hashbrown are cold. I don't usually go here because anytime I do this happens but I figured I'd give it one more try and I definitely regret it.

I come through this location often on my lunch break as it's close to my job. Came through this morning around 330 to pick up my mobile order and the lady talking had the nastiest attitude and tell me well you just placed the order and then they proceeded to give me half frozen wraps and this isn't the first time. I've ordered at the speaker before late at night just to receive still frozen wraps. What's the point of spending money on hot food just to get wraps with ice chunks still in the middle and have to finish reheating it at my job. You can tell they're rushing(could tell from whoever I was talking to from the begining) and didn't allow it to finish and took it out before the time was done. Will never come here again

I stopped by going through Salem and I ordered some food and half dozen donuts. I get the box of donuts and I open it to see a nat stuck to the glazed donut and the nat was right next to the finger indents left on the donut. It took awhile for my food to come out and when it did it was missing an item. I won't be going back.

went there tonight and they forgot to put my sausage egg and cheese bagel in the bag, no big deal, we went back through and let them know this and when we got to the window we waited a few minutes and got a “HERE YOU GO” and she slammed the window. i don’t know if they thought we were lying about them forgetting our food or what??? trying to figure out why a window was being slammed and watching her storm off. don’t work with people if you can’t work with people??‍♀️

Prices have gone way up. The service isn’t good. Literally today wanted a croissant toasted with butter packets on the side. They threw it in the bag on top of the butter , not even in a wrapper like usual, about 3pm. Don’t even try and go past 10pm they are rude any time of the day but worse as the night goes on. Will say they can’t make this or that after 10pm, when it’s open 24hrs?!..

Coffee is good, doughnuts are hit and miss, but most frustrating of all is getting defective cups from this place that don’t allow for a secure lid latch. My car’s interior has now been soaked twice from coffee spills due to defective cups.
