Every time I go in this building I stand in line for 10 mins I get no service they don’t tell me to give them a sec or anything I just have 2 team members staring at me for 5 mins doing nothing…

Every single time I come to this Dunkin there is a problem. They never answer the drive through speaker after dark, even after the new renovations. I feel like service has actually gotten worse. Go to the Dunkin on the other side of town, at least you will actually get served.

I kindly asked for an extra cream in my coffee. A girl with long brown hair and brown eyes gave a snarky smile looking at the person making my coffee. She proceeded to say something to the girl laughing. I threw the coffee away because I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it.
Maybe reevaluate your staff.

Really disappointing place, the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They always mess up my order one way or another. Staff is also very rude and immature. I pulled up to the window after ordering my ONE refresher. There were five employees inside and one car behind me and no customers inside due to the renovation. They were laughing, yelling, just being noisy and had loud music on. It took 5 minutes for an employee to even come up to the window, and when she did she was very rude and off putting. She didn't even say hi, she gave me the straw in silence then walked away. I understand how busy fast food can get, I used to work fast food, but I waited 8 minutes for a medium refresher and they made it with the wrong base. I went back through the drive thru to tell them about the mistake and I was told to figure it out myself. Last time I go here. You need new staff.

They don’t participate for nurses week.. They are a half of a Mile from their LOCAL hospital. The hospital/workers and patients and families are a good percentage of there daily business and can’t when help nurses out with a $2.49 coffee. You can pound salt.

Strawberry coolatta smells like hell in a cup the second it fully melts. Wouldn't suggest getting one if you use doordash or Uber eats because then you have less time to drink it.

Kid-friendliness: Workers like to ask why kids are at a table while parent is ordering at the front. 🙄

Wow! Avoid here on the weekend. They must have highschoolers working the window. We had to go thru 3 times before the order was right.

This place is a disgrace. Me and my boyfriend went there this morning and they not only messed up my coffee, but they never gave me my sandwich, they messed up the breakfast wraps, AND they said the front register wasn’t working. They could obviously use the one for the drive through, but she used the broken one anyways, and they said it never sent my order back. Even though she had the receipt that she could’ve handed to the chick making my food, but nope. They kept asking us 50 questions when they had the answer in their hand. Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that this place has bad reviews to begin with, just shut this disappointment down for good. There’s a better Dunkin not even 9 minutes away that’ll make more business and happy customers than this crappy place ever will. Pathetic. This place needs to do better.
