Strawberry coolatta smells like hell in a cup the second it fully melts. Wouldn't suggest getting one if you use doordash or Uber eats because then you have less time to drink it.

This place is a disgrace. Me and my boyfriend went there this morning and they not only messed up my coffee, but they never gave me my sandwich, they messed up the breakfast wraps, AND they said the front register wasn’t working. They could obviously use the one for the drive through, but she used the broken one anyways, and they said it never sent my order back. Even though she had the receipt that she could’ve handed to the chick making my food, but nope. They kept asking us 50 questions when they had the answer in their hand. Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that this place has bad reviews to begin with, just shut this disappointment down for good. There’s a better Dunkin not even 9 minutes away that’ll make more business and happy customers than this crappy place ever will. Pathetic. This place needs to do better.
Worst experience I had there. Me and boyfriend stopped there with our daughter before school to get her breakfast the lady running the drive thru wasn't listening to the order I got regular hash browns instead the the loaded like I asked and my coffee was wrong I asked for a Carmel hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar and got a nasty coffee with just hazelnut.

So me and my boyfriend work second and get off around 12:30 at night and we decided we wanted some coffee and food 40 dollars later the food is completely burnt the latte is underfilled the girls were super rude and on top of that they forgot my snack in bacon seriously night shift need to be worked on or something I get customers can be annoying when ur trying to do something but it takes 5 minutes to make there stuff I would know I worked at two diffrent ones for 2 YEARS Like it’s not that hard jeez

Service is bad. 2 ladies running front literally didn't even try to start my order. They took drive thru priority and them orders wasn't even placed yet. Some other girl came in and asked if they did them yet and she did it for me. Never coming here again. No one said hi or anything. 5pm Monday June 10th

I never really have an issue with dunkin, but lately they've been throwing sugar in my coffee instead of splenda... I'm a type 1 diabetic and I just got my sugar down now it's all messed up again, please dunkin you can seriously make someone sick by not double checking ?

Don’t have an order over 4 items or it will get messed up. ie: missing items ordered or completely different from what was ordered. Coffee ranges from good to blah depending on the day. Inside of the store is decently clean but has a constant water leak from the ceiling. (They should get that fixed)
