If I could give this 10 stars I would! My husband and I are regulars here. The food is fresh, delicious, and it’s cheaper than any drive through. It’s also fast as any drive through! My favorites are the spicy tuna poke bowl ( in the picture), shrimp tempura roll, and shrimp hibachi. My husband gets steak and shrimp hibachi, salmon avocado rolls, and spicy tuna rolls. I’ve never had an incorrect order and it’s always done in ten minutes. The staff is always so kind and accommodating.

They make everything fresh on spot, including their sauces. Sushi is made on spot, not stored. Please be aware of people reviewing incorrect hibachi restaurant in Salem, people drive 45 minutes to an hour just to have this food. In the past they won best oriental restaurant pre covid.

I always order a lot as one person but the portions are so beautiful and so worth the price and the atmosphere walking in everyone is smiling trying to talk to you trying to get along with you whether you're having a bad day or a good day they still go out of their way to try and carry out a conversation or even be friendly and their workers always make sure you have hot food
