If I could give this 10 stars I would! My husband and I are regulars here. The food is fresh, delicious, and it’s cheaper than any drive through. It’s also fast as any drive through! My favorites are the spicy tuna poke bowl ( in the picture), shrimp tempura roll, and shrimp hibachi. My husband gets steak and shrimp hibachi, salmon avocado rolls, and spicy tuna rolls. 5 STARS! I had the best experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions were great and the Chicken Teriyaki and California roll are my absolute favorite!

If you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, Hibachi Express delivers quality and value every time. Highly recommend to anyone craving delicious Japanese cuisine without the wait of a full sit-down restaurant! Simply the best!

Fantastic food, super good staff who put pride in their work. There’s a review by Ron A. He reviewed the wrong restaurant. There’s no female staff it’s 4 people team everyday of the week. They make everything fresh on spot, including their sauces. Sushi is made on spot, not stored. Please be aware of people reviewing incorrect hibachi restaurant in Salem, people drive 45 minutes to an hour just to have this food. In the past they won best oriental restaurant pre covid.
